Pain along trachea

I am taking 114mg thyroxine tab daily i was treated with radioactive iodine 13 years before Now ii am feeling pain on the both side of trachea My TSH level is 2.1 Is any problem on thyroid gland?

RAI normally destroys the thyroid gland. If you have Graves Disease it can regrow. Ask your GP to palpate your throat and neck to feel whether it may have regrown. You may need an ultrasound scan to confirm.

TSH 2.1 indicates you are a little undermedicated. The goal of Levothyroxine is to restore the patient to euthyroid status. For most patients that will be when TSH is 0.4 - 1.0 with FT4 in the upper range. FT4 needs to be in the upper range in order that sufficient T3 is converted.
