I accidentally took 2 Tylenol with my levothyoxine this morning. What will happen?

Stevefrank2 Tylenol is the same as regular paracetamol here in the UK, so a common pain reliever. As I suffer from regular headaches I frequently take paracetamol and until I knew better I'm sure I used to take them at around the same time. I think the only thing that is likely to happen is that it may affect absorption of your Levo, but possibly not enough to be noticeable.

You may grow an extra head.. but I don't think there have been any reported cases.. If you don't think you should take them together, just don't do it again but one time, one day? nothing will happen
