I don't fall into any category not IBS-D or IBS-C...is it still IBS?

I can't say I have diarrhea or constipation....but my gut does react to stress.It changes my stool shape, thickness, at times color but I don't necessarily have diarrhea or constipation. Maybe once a month I'll have diarrhea

Anyone have this? Could I still have IBS?

Everyone is different but I started like here and there. It could be its nothing but just to be in the safe side. I would work on my stress levels and cut out all the process foods. From what I am experiencing and read its not reversible. Take care.

You don't have to have diarrhoea or constipation to have IBS, my doctors were quite happy to give an IBS diagnosis without me having either. Things like gas, bloating or abdominal pain can also be IBS symptoms - presumably you're getting some kind of actual problems with your gut and not just changes in stool that aren't causing you problems, if you're thinking you may have IBS?
