I was diagnosed with IBS-D many years ago. Cutting out gluten and dairy as much as possible has helped tremendously. I have also started taking dicyclomine more regularly which seems to help, but boy does it make me jittery. Does anyone else use dicyclomine and have that issue? What would be a good alternative?

Although a different medication, I used to try Buscopan, which is also an antispasmodic and that used to give me heart palpitations just from one pill. At the time I switched to Colofac (Mebeverine) and I seemed to be OK with that.
