Colonoscopy prep

Hi all, I’ve just started my low residual diet for my scope on Thursday afternoon. I’ve always avoided milk in tea and butter on toast for previous scopes as on the letter, but some instructions say both are fine!? Does anyone know?

I’ve been eating dry toast with honey and have chicken & rice for tea.

Hello there. I just pulled out my prep instructions and it says milk is ok to consume as well as butter. 😁 Until the day before of course, then it is clear liquids only as you know. 😉

Thank you! I enjoyed my toast with a tiny bit of butter 😂 I’m on squash & black coffee today. Roll on tomorrow 💪🏻
