I have taken a look at the ingredients of IBS Clear. Align is a probiotic and IBS clear doesn't seem to contain probiotics. Since these are completely different products I wouldn't thought there would be any interaction. One thing I would say though, it to start taking only 1 product at a time initially. For instance, start with the Align and see how you get on with that for at least 2 weeks or even a month. If you start on both products at the same time and you get a reaction, you won't know which one has caused it. Similarly if it is helping, you won't know which product is helping you and you could end up continuing to buy both when you only need one. A word of caution, that IBS Clear contains enzymes - some people don't get on with enzymes (I didn't) and I have read that enzyme deficiency is extremely rare. If you have had a full spectrum blood test via your GP, this should show up whether you are digesting particular foods correctly. For example, fecal elastase shows whether you are digesting proteins.
