Watched, I think it was food unwrapped the other night and they discovered sauerkraut has natural probiotics that could help IBS. Going to give it a go.

All fermented foods are stuffed full of probiotics; another good one to try is kefir (a yoghurt-type) drink which you can buy from most supermarkets now.
Yes I saw that programme as well and did read some time back that sauerkraut was good for you. I have also tried Kefir and it's really nice.
