Attempting to work. I wasn’t in Monday because I hadn’t cooked lunch or any money to buy some food.
I wasn’t prepared to go 8 hours without eating. Work is a holistic experience for me and part of the life choice is healthy food and preparation.
So yesterday I stayed home and guess what. The same is true today, not that I didn’t cook but I forgot to bring it with me.
So I’m going at 12, home, to have lunch. I think this week is about easing into the hours. After doing a 40 hour week last week.
It was too much and unsustainable for me. But at least I know now!
