Why Vegans Get Cancer
I promised Hidden that if I have bad news for vegans then I would shout it from the tree-tops and that's what I am going to do today. Why did I promise this? Because I was accused of spreading propaganda that vegan is best, vegans are great, that meat & dairy is bad, blah blah blah. Whatever, I try

Polyphenols - Inflammation.
Dietary phytochemicals popularly associated with health benefits often have a polyphenolic structure. Mistakes vegans make
There are several common mistakes vegans, often new vegans make. They stick with transition foods as if they are healthy for the long term. Oreo's are vegan but over consumption is very far from ideal. They are perhaps close to the top of the processed food pyramid. A good vegan diet, in my opinion

Vitamins
What are some vitamins that I could be giving my five-year-old son to help him? He already takes a multivitamin with omega-3 and fiber. He takes smarty pants. If you have recommendations for a better multivitamin I would love to hear that also. Thank you!

Hi all. Today i have been discharged from the hospital as i refuse to take statins. I was blatantly told that their job is to prescribe medication and if i refuse to take it, they will refer me back to my gp who can monitor my cholesterol via blood tests. Fair enough but before they completely remove

3-1/2 Weeks Bell's Palsy Update
I'm on my 3-1/2 weeks having Bell's Palsy with no signs of movement. I can't move my eyebrow, nostril, cheek and lips. Still frozen. I'm getting frustrated. I did the 10 day PRednisone/Antivrals from the first day I got this facial weakness. Even the urgent clinic doctor told me that I'm on a mild

Apixaban and Omega 3
Has anyone had advice from their EP or GP regarding Apixaban and Omega 3 supplements.? The only guidance I found was about Warfarin, and that Omega 3 made this more effective.

Hello everyone. This is my first post. 4 months ago I was diagnosed with wet macular in right eye. The same afternoon I was referred to a retinal specialist by my opthomologist and was given an injection of Avastin. Within 10 min afterwards the pain was excruciating. No sleep that night from pain.
