ALT (SGPT) - 5X normal limits - Concerning? Mets to liver lungs and bones
Currently he is only on
Zoladex
and no new meds introduced since November 2021. He does not drink alcohol. What does this mean? Liver damage from the mets? the ADT? Will this be a bigger issue when he eventually needs Zytiga?

Your thoughts/experience with zoledronic acid?
and he is prescribing zoldron for my dad because of metastasis, i have read some terrible side effects so i told our uro about that, to which he replied it probbly depends on the brand as some may have bad additives, also none of his patients reported any side effects and had worse experience with

Abdominal and back pain??
IF this is not metastasis then I could only guess its muscle pain, he is under
Zoladex
injections every three months, could there be a relation? Our Urologist doesnt see any connection with
Zoladex
though.

Returning period after Zoladex ?
I was placed on the
Zoladex
injection every month for 2 and a half years. I had my last injection in December just gone and a lap in January this year, since then I have stopped all medication except Pregablin (for restless leg syndrome).

Aching bones from ADT
Recently after 9 months of an 18 month plan of ADT (
Zoladex
) I have started to experience what seems to be bone aching especially around my hip joints. Has anyone experienced this and if so what did you take to ease the aching? Thanks.

Anyone had an ivf after Adenomyomectomy Surgery for removing Adenomyosis and /or large intramural fibroids?
It has been 3.5 month passed from my operation , they put a device similar to an IUD in my womb to prevent adhesions and I am currently on Decapeptyl ( similar to
Zoladex
) injections not having periods to help if any endo remained and also postponing of potential return of fibroids and/or endo.

Buserelin no period before FET
I started taking:
Zoladex
on day 5 Buserelin on day 21 I have my baseline scan on Thursday which will be 2 weeks after I've started buserelin but I still haven't had my period! I'm worried my cycle will get cancelled 😩 Has anyone else's period not came or been in the same situation? Thanks!

Zoladex headaches - strange situation, advice much appreciated
For those of you who’ve had
zoladex
headaches did they start from the 1st dose or later on as I find it so odd that they’ve started on my third dose. When the nurse was giving me my dose last week the needle and the
zoladex
tablet junction broke.

Anyone with a similar situation?
Opened/shut, diagnosed as Stage 4, told I had to go BSGE for surgery,
Zoladex
started at post-op. Went to BSGE, fobbed off for months like nothing was happening. Eventually, after the 18 week treatment time had passed it was agreed I needed surgery.

Severe bowel endo symptoms - offered zoladex after lap found no endo - advice needed
I don't really understand why she would still want me to start a trial of
zoladex
if they found no endo? Does anyone with bowel/bladder endo feel like my symptoms sound worth further investigation?

Ibrance and neuropathy? Please help.
I’ve been taking Ibrance for only 5 months, together with Femara (letrozole),
Zoladex
(Goserelin), and Zometa (Reclast). I’m getting a lot of pins and needles, tingling, in my arms. It’s worse at night and often I wake up with numb hands and arms.

Is this what you’d expect
My first PSA reading is 0.2 after
Zoladex
3 month after 1st PSA 102 in December 2021 1 bone met in Sacrum Is this a reasonable first outcome of what’s going to be an ever changing rollercoaster ? Thanks

*Help please* Continuing Zoladex after 6 months treatment, how can I do this?
Hi ladies, I am halfway through a 6 month course of
Zoladex
and I am really keen to stay on the medication whilst I am on the waiting list for surgery for my severe endometriosis. Has anyone managed to stay on the medication for longer than 6 months?

Refusing to continue Zoladex, but offering no other suggestions.
Hi Ladies, I am currently on month 4/6 of
Zoladex
injections to treat my severe endometriosis. Had a telephone update (with the gynae secretary may I add) and they are refusing to allow the injections to continue past 6 months but cannot offer me anything else in its place.

Post Hysterectomy Support
After being on
Zoladex
for over a year during the pandemic while i waited for surgery (to stop cyst getting bigger), I eventually had my surgery which involved having a temporary stoma. I ended up staying in hospital for 3 weeks last Dec as I had complications with an infection etc.
