Are Topical Zinc ointments bad for Parkinson's?
I use topical
Zinc
foot medicines daily and something I read keeps rattling around my memory saying that it might be bad for parkinson's if absorbed into the brain. Anyone have info on that specific item? My GP says it is not toxic to the system.

B12 injections discontinued
I have since got a nasal spray and more sublingual liquid, and I have been using those with a multivitamin, folic acid high strength and a vitamin pill containing
Zinc
, magnesium citrate at a low dose and B6, and adding magnesium oil spray occasionally which does seem to help me sleep.

Should I push for a dose increase?
However, both he and my GP are concerned about low TSH despite me trying to suggest that perhaps it’s not that important) I supplement, thanks to advice on here, with selenium, D3, B group multi, magnesium,
zinc

Supplements advice.
Hi, I’m currently supplementing vitamin D3, K2, magnesium citrate and selenium+
zinc
. I take my levothyroxine in the morning. Then I take vitamin D3 and K2 after my lunch. For magnesium citrate, I take it after my dinner. I just wonder when is the best/right time to take my selenium +
zinc
?

Low-ish B12: How important to be tested for PA?
She was also very concerned about my B12 level and is thinking it's a B12-specific absorption problem since my magnesium and
zinc
levels are within normal parameters.Today she recommended I start B12 injections, which I did.

6wk blood test results - MediChecks
I have been taking selenium,
zinc
, B12 (sublingual), BetterYou B12 spray, Vit D & K2 spray, magnesium (transdermal) and Igennus B complex. I’ve just started gluten free too. My questions are, the MediChecks doctor says my B12 is too high. Is it? Also should I ask my GP for a levo increase?

:) ) I have been supplementing with Vitamin D, Vitamin B12 and Folic Acid for over six months as well as Solgar Iron, Selenium and
Zinc
most recently. I have been taking digestive enzymes (six months) and they have made such an unbelievable difference, no longer taking any omeprazole!

Considering cutting out zinc and magnesium, for now.
Going to try to slowly take things out to see if theyre effecting. Took B6 out, and hand + face numbness is disappearing.

Vitamin level results, Hashimoto’s.
I take selenium 200mcg daily,
zinc
, magnesium, iron, B12, vitamin Cod liver oil capsules. My leaky gut has improved dramatically, I am gluten and dairy free as well. I have had food intolerance testing and my body doesn’t like a lot of foods so I have eliminated them.

Help with latest blood results please
Also takes selenium,
zinc
and is on the vitamin d protocol. Results from January are after stopping b12 and b complex for 1 month and the May ones are without any b12 since then. He's concerned that his active b12 is still high.

Sun Exposure :(
My dermatologist said I should only use
zinc
based sun blocks as regular sun screens are heavy on the liver... that stuff makes me sweat like crazy and I hate it...
