many people know about vit C, D,
Zinc
, Tumeric, Ginger, but many don't. If nutritionists were allowed to inform people through the media perhaps some people would survive this pandemic.

23 Years Old and lost 25% of hair in one month... need advice please
I have been prescribed
Zinc
and Iron ( even though my bloods came back normal). And have been advised to use Minoxidil 5% once daily, which I have been doing for a few days, he also advised to take, hair, nail & skin supplements. I am terrified that I will be bald before the end of next month.

Those with diabetes are commonly found to be
zinc
deficient. Studies have shown
zinc
supplementation can reduce blood sugar and A1C, have an antioxidant effect, lower blood sugar and even help treat some of the complications related to diabetes.

Some might recall that the reason the healthy prostate takes up high levels of
zinc
, is that it protects the high uptake of citrate from being used as described above. PCa down-regulates
zinc
transporters that take
zinc
into cells.

Thinking of
Zinc
as well. Have been taking iron but don’t know how long I should go on till next test. Since none of this is reimbursed it all amounts to quite a pretty penny.

On a non-ms note I might say, take your
Zinc
and have your doctor look into research from a few days ago about a malaria drug that has been proven to stop Wuhan virus 100% from France. An already in use Malaria drug.

My
zinc
levels came back at 806 ug/L (ref 700-1200) which I guess is on the low side...? Also, for the first time, my triglycerides came back out of range at 166mg/dL (<150, came back at 71 last year).
