Hi newbie here. What is my problem?
I eat healthy & take vitamin d, bcomplex,
zinc
, magnesium, omega. I took sertraline for 3 years but it just made me feel flat & my counselor told me to stop talking to my parents since I have childhood abandonment issues & don’t feel accepted. My periods stopped at 46. Is there a test.

Israeli Researchers Say ‘Promising’ Supplements From Pumpkins, Peas Could Help Body Fight COVID-19
“We have known for years that food supplements containing
zinc
can enhance immunity to severe, viral, and chronic infections and their potentially grave consequences.” However, the researchers found that the consumption of
zinc
alone was not enough.

Quick question: magnesium zinc & selenium
Hey All I've been ferreting around online to see if there is any reason NOT to take magnesium,
zinc
and selenium together. I've seen some things saying magnesium and
zinc
actually complement each other and are good taken together but can't seem to find anything about the selenium.

Stomach issues
I have to get the b12, the magnesium, iron, probiotic,
zinc
,potassium and omega max. These help me to balance every day life but I'm not the same. It is a balancing process because with gastritis, I'm not getting vitamins absorbed by food. The gut sends signals to the brain.

What nutrient tests would you recommend please?
Also, while he’s at it he may as well make it a comprehensive test, are there other nutrients you’d recommend looking at,
zinc
for example? Thank you.

Zinc and magnesium
I have been told not to take zin and magnesium together but there are studies that show there are benefits to taking it together. People on here seem to think better you is a good place for vitamins, they are just one of the places that reccomend taking both together

Need Help
My homocysteine was also high even though by trial and error I took supplements that lower it (B6, NAC,
Zinc
etc) not even knowing what it (homocysteine)was when I started. My walk is more like Sub Acute Degeneration than Parkinson’s. It’s my worst symptom.

What are the Significant Tests to Determine Pernicious Anemia
The tests included: B12, folate serum, CBC Diff, iron TIBC, Ferritin,
Zinc
, copper blood, Vitamin B1, Comp Metabolic. All of them have come back in the normal range - some low normal like B12. B1 was very normal - right in the middle but B12 was less than a month ago.

Any thoughts as to why increasing liothyronine (extended release) by just 1 mcg makes me hyper, but when not taking it I’m hypo?
I also take iron,
zinc
, and D. This is my first post--I hope I have included necessary info. After decades of only synthroid and being constantly fatigued, cytomel has helped me to start waking up. Thanks for any help.
