Omega 3-6-9 to aid the brain
I would highly recommend that anyone who has suffered a brain injury take these miriacle capsules, I've also been taking selenium, magnesium,
zinc
and folic acid to help boost my immune sytem and help with the healing process.

Pyroluria and Hypothyroid. Is there a link?
In short, KPU causes low
zinc
and high copper and low B6. Does anyone here know if these nutrients could affect thyroid hormones?

Sorry its been a long time.
A test that proved I have Pyroluria where my body is lacking in
Zinc
and B6. It was amazing that Carol could pin point the illness just by looking at me and noticing the way I sat.

Krytopyrroluria/Pyroluria association with Thyroid or another possible diagnosis.
Namely,
zinc
, selenium, B6, C, magnesium, manganese. I think this may be of interest to those who may not be responding to treatment especially as the high copper and low
zinc
can inhibit thyroid action on the cellular level.

Hi. I am new to the site and have seen that selenium and zinc are important for t3 conversion.
I have noticed from the link to vitamins and minerals that 20mg of
zinc
seems to include copper. Is this an acceptable combination for me to take. Thanks in advance

Getting adrenals checked
I have to have some blood tests for vitamin d and
zinc
on Friday which were low last time tested, so thought i would mention it to nurse at the same time. Just wondering whether anyone can advise me which test is the best to ask for, any help would be appreciated.

Which supplements would you recommend?
I'm about to place my order with Holland and Barrett, I've got Magnesium with
zinc
, selenium, and D3 in my basket. Anything I could be missing? Determined to finally feel good, so sick of my thyroid controlling my life.

Can someone help with test results? (and a long rant about endocrine clinic)
I supplement with selenium, vit E and agnus castus in the morning and liquid iron, vit C, B12, magnesium and
zinc
in the late afternoon. I also don't eat gluten or dairy (actually only very occasional dairy!) and avoid sugar.

Cut Blood Sugar Levels by Nearly 50% — with Brewer's Yeast. I found an article on internet.pl guide.
He found it to be an amazing source of nearly all trace minerals (minerals needed by the body in very small amounts, such as
zinc
, selenium, and manganese). Brewer's yeast probably has many other nutrients that we have yet to discover.

Update on my recent zinc bloods going missing
Apparently, even though I has raised the issue of
zinc
-specific phials with her, and the phlebotomist has said they had drawers full of them, she had actually used the wrong phial.

Help with iorn levels please!!!
I am supplementing b12,
zinc
, selenium and magnesium as I'm severely deficient. My ferritin level is 127 mg/L- my doctor could not tell me the reference range ( as he could not find it on his computer) but did say it was within the normal range.
