Any recommendations for companies that sell zinc and copper tests?
Last year I did a Blue Horizon which included zinc and copper. I need to re test as these were off but BH no longer provides this test. I’ve found this and wondered if anyone has used this company. £75 seems suspiciously good Thanks https://medicinesonline.org.uk/product/mineral-blood-profile-home-test-kit

Multi vitamins - at last some recognition
Hi everyone, I was pleased to see this today - as so many 'authorities' have repeatedly put down the use of multi vitamins as being a waste of money - here is a quite extensive study showing the opposite. I used to see a very highly acclaimed consultant who said exactly the same to me and would test

Celebrex and Curcumin and Magnesium.
I recently received a question from a fellow warrior based on a comment I had made on an older post that he had started. The question was what I thought about Naproxen compered to Celebrex and I told him I had very limited experience with Naproxen. I then clicked on older posts about nsaids and prostate

Hello, Despite feeling overall better for some time I started feeling too regularly worse again. I suspected low T3 (perimenopause also possible). Yep, my T3 is on the lower end of ‘normal’. These are my results: TSH 1.53 mlU/L (norm 0.27-4.2) Free T4 15.6 pmol/L. (12.0-22.0) Free
