Well that was annoying
I made sure I did proper
yoga
stretches afterwards as my legs felt really heavy! One to chalk up to experience I feel 😜

some ways to alleviate anxiety and stay out of the depths of depression

After 21 months of feeling good, fatigue now?
But for almost 2 years I have exercised 3-4 times a week including running a few miles followed by light lifting and stretching even some

. I breezed through radiation last year . I’m 48 years young with mets to my ribs spine and pelvis.

The last time I ran was 8 days ago and I really over did it - not with the running but I went for a bike ride and then to stretch off I did some

Keep going
I also do a bit of
yoga
. So if I can do it..... my husband and daughter now trying to complete it too so keep going. I didn’t do it in 9 Weeks took around 12 weeks.

The trouble is , as I have now been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, I've been told to try things like

From beginner Pilates or

even from a wheelchair. I watched the beginner aerobics class for about 5 minutes and it does look quite challenging but when you’re at home, the instructor can’t see you so you can modify to suit your own level.

Again I really didn't feel in the mood to go out but I did 25mins of

, gave myself a talking to and got out there. As a note to my future self (and anyone reading this): it's totally worth it!
