Woohooo! My knees are strong! (Or: Intervals!)
Just finished now my 30min
Yoga
in my lunch-time break and I still feel grinningly strong. The three 10 second planks were even doable! I know!? Right!? And to top it all off, look at that gorgeous Scottish Highlands Iโm running through on my North Coast 500 Challenge (picture)!

Our Journey is over
A person who would never start his day without
yoga
practice for 75 minutes. He was already broken when doctor told him that this disease do not have any cure. He came to visit me at US on 2018 and luckily I got appointment with Penn medicine.

Feedback on test results and symptoms
Over the past 5 years or so, my energy levels have gradually declined and I went from being very active (climbing 3x/week, running,
yoga
, cycling everywhere) to barely able to go for a stroll some days with some post-exercise fatigue thrown in.

Running after low back problem
., - it was really improving until I did a fairly strong
yoga
session a couple of days ago and it feels a little stiff again but not too bad. Just wondering when to go back to running?

What I have learned from 1 year with Early Onset PD - "Glass Half Full"
โขThe biggest change has been exercise 7 days per week โ I only did minimal exercise before PD but was told to by one of the physios โ "You must do one of
Yoga
(I said no way), Tai Chi (I said no way) or Dancing (I said I'll do
Yoga
๐)โฆ so I do 30-35 mins
Yoga
every day.

Making Good Choices can Pay Off.
I go for a walk every day and regularly engage in gentle
yoga
for osteoporosis. Both of these activities help to develop some muscle tone, improve balance and increase joint mobility...all of which in turn are important for maintaining strength, endurance and mobility.

5ks, Hypothyroid and Headaches
Fine with me and my Japanese slow running and
Yoga
. But so this morning I had the chance and put a plan thought out prior in action and add 50% more T3 to my medication to support the running and ensure headaches are not related to T3 depletion.
