Post Panic Attack
Imagine how I would be if I added
yoga
and exercise to my regimen? Anyway. I just wanted to share my thoughts post panic attack. I hope you’re all having a good day. And to my fellow people in the northern hemisphere: Tomorrow is the darkest day of the year.

CSR returned..
I’m hoping this clears up quickly on its own and I’m going to dive very deep into working on stress and de-stressing
yoga
and meditation.. those are two things I have not done enough on.. I’ll check back in if I get good results.

AN headache pain
I walk and do
yoga
each day so my balance is okay. But I find if I do too much in one day I can get a headache on my AN side which feels a bit like a hangover (and I'm not a drinker). Could this be a result of mental fatigue?

The weavings of yoga and nutrition
We often forget our
yoga
practises are there in sometimes the simplest of ways. Or we can change long held patterns and beliefs about food, also in beautifully simple ways. Change something today. Just make your mind up. Enjoy and let me know what it ignited and sparked in you.

The simple things like walking, walking group,
yoga
etc-cannot do it. What is the answer? I do not know.

Catch-Up Corner...Week 2... Please, slip off those running shoes and take a little time for yourself:)
We can walk, or cycle, do
yoga
or swim. All manner of exercise that we may choose, which uses different muscles and makes us stronger. Even a day's gardening or a housework blitz, counts as great exercise:) But a rest day with no exercise at all, may in turn, be really useful to you.

The beauty of yin yoga
With the medicinal aspects for the somatic nervous system that a yin
yoga
practise offers, let yourself drift into the dreaminess and the restorative blessings that slowing down gifts us. You may already be familiar with yin
yoga
. Or if not, just let your imagination drift into quiet possibility.

Tales from the IC (#10): Running vs Rowing. My experience of two different worlds
Once on the injury couch, I first hummed and hawed, taking me three weeks of doing only
Yoga
😱😱😱 to get to the point of knowing what rowing plan to follow and how to make rowing a bit more adventurous than just staring at the wall in our guest bedroom, the home of our indoor rower.

Success stories with thin lining
Plus been doing acupuncture twice a week and fertility
yoga
. Despite all this my lining is still only at 6.3mm but the quality is excellent. Our consultant has decided that we should go for the transfer this Friday.

A considered article on the pandemic
Yoga
and nutrition provide gateways to truth. There are not whimsical pathways. Viruses are part of life. They are all around you right now. In your gut, in the air. In the soil. Nature is precise and will always seek to balance. The inner work we do contributes to this harmonic balance.

An inventive 6k through the woods, with diamonds on the grass 💎 🌲 ☀️
However I do feel like my muscles are tightening up between runs though, despite my post run stretches and dog walks, so I think it’s time to get my act together and properly commit to Adriene’s January
yoga
, even though I’m a month late ⏰ 🙊 I need it 🧘🏼♀️!

4 days in, New Year's resolutions holding
Or do you think I should just do 3 times a week - maybe long run gradually increasing distance, recovery run and speed/Fartlek/interval plus some
yoga
/strength/core work on my rest days?
