YWA FLOW : the last 3 days!
I did better when I had a
yoga
morning practice, like in 2021 and 2022. But in the last couple of years,
yoga
has taken a bit of a backseat, and with it it has become a lunch-time break, early or late evening practice.

Half way hello

Triple by pass scar.
I try and do flexibility exercises each morning and use a
yoga
mat. What I am finding is just moving position from one exercise to another causes a clicking feeling at the top of my ribcage. I can even hear it on occasion. Is this normal has anyone else experienced it?
