Can’t take anymore
Getting out for walks, trying
yoga
, tai chi. There’s enough room in the house for us all to retreat to if own space if we need to. We’re FaceTiming friends and family. If I colour in another colouring book, I think I’ll go insane. I’m sick of reading too. I genuinely see no point in living.

A morning run...a happy place!🏃🏽♀️🌈
I have been loving '
Yoga
with Adrienne' and am also using a fitness app discovered by my teenage son. My other son has also taken to running regularly (having discovered the gym at Uni!) and I think we now have a third runner in the house!

To stretch or not to stretch??
I do
yoga
most days as am training to be
yoga
teacher. So that helps I don’t do it straight after running but might have to start but on my last run I did stretch little before and more after run and my legs felt much better.
Yoga
is more difficult with very stiff legs definitely. Any advice?

Week 6 done!
Really wasn't in the mood having done a relaxing
yoga
session this morning, however I've had a couple of days rest and really needed to summon myself to do this run. So glad I did. Seems easier especially with the warmer weather coming.

Coherent breath technique for calm and improved health
I posted quite recently one of my
yoga
videos and had some lovely interactions off that. Thank you. However I realise too that some of you can benefit from something far simpler and accessible. We all breathe! How deep of a relationship do we have with our breath?

Good riddance...
After my
yoga
I had a great run this morning, not far, just 30 minutes, but all good in shorts in the sunshine. It really lifts the spirits. I saw another runner coming towards me in the distance, so I turned off down a track to avoid even slight contact. We waved and shouted 'Good Morning'.

Losing hope
I brought
yoga
Matt’s and weights into my living room and found a beginners workout on my tv on utube. I put it on and sat watching it on my couch while I ate. I cried myself to sleep last night as I miss my family. My youngest boy is a firefighter and oldest works in over 22 hospitals in CA.

CR2 done. Family hit the end of Netflix.
Family inventory: husband happy to be working from home (saves hour commute), oldest sleeping 16 hours/day and just waking up for online college, youngest being tortured by parents with Kahn academy and Duolingo to keep him from gaming 24/7, mom running and learning
yoga
to take a mental health break

PMR and CBD Oils
I am now walking 4 miles a day, cycling and do a bit of
yoga
happily. I take the spray version in the mouth and there are several other ways of taking it. Hope this helps you and gets some research underway.

Happy Mother's day and isolation ideas
I am trying to think about how I can make a virtue of this new way of living and so far I'm going to try to learn the guitar on you tube (my son has an unused guitar lying around), finally get a home fitness routine going (been looking at my
yoga
mat for months!)

Routines out of the window
I’m now enforcing a 30min jo wicks routine on the kids and my regular
yoga
class has gone online so trying other forms of exercise but I’m missing my running routine. Sorry that went on a while....just feeling a bit 😕

W1R1 - TOTAL BEGINNER!
I occasionally practice
yoga
and just wondering if you would recommend doing this on the days I don’t run? Or is it better to have a complete rest day?

Yoga and RA?
As I work in the health and well-being industry I am going to do a workshop
Yoga
for RA as I have had to modify my own practice and when I have been really sore I have only been able to practice meditation. Take a look at joining a
yoga
class ask the teacher to give you modifications when needed.

Running outside and being resented
At the moment I'm running around 5k three times a week, cycling on the other days (sometimes to the local food shops), and my Zumba and
yoga
classes are just restarting via Zoom. My husband is disabled and over 70 and hasn't been out at all since the lockdown started.

I've been beyond C25K but perhaps I need to redo?
I should add that I'm not doing any other exercise - except
yoga
almost every evening. I find that
yoga
and running work well together but I'm thinking I may need to strengthen my muscles. Any thoughts?

28 years old. Random chest tightness without pain the last couple weeks.
If you've read by other posts you'd know that I'm a 28 year old male, lift weights and do
yoga
regularly, have a bmi of 25 and sit around 200lbs at 6'3 with no prior health issues.
