Tramadol Prescription for Refractory RLS?
Tried
Xyrem
(made PLMs worse) and it terrified me. Neupro Patch (did not work). Each night is misery trying to fall asleep and stay asleep. Wake up multiple times and then want to binge eat any type of sugar I can get my hands on. I so tired on being tired and not sure what direction to go next.

HELP ME! WWE all night! My arms and legs are waving and slapping all night long. I tear the bed apart, beat myself and my husband. HELP
I was then ultimately prescribed
Xyrem
for sleep AND I stayed on the Clonazepam. I did that for close to 4 years anyhow. Now I have moved - fast forward and the new physician is not willing to do the same for fear of respiratory failure.

Non restorative sleep destroying life
There is one drug my doctor is pursuing for me called
Xyrem
which promotes deep sleep...but it is highly controlled and most likely won't be passed by insurance. This is destroying my life...i can barely function...I guess my question is...Has anyone experienced poor sleep to this degree?

Guidance/help on level of care
I am also having a asleep study and will be placed on a medication called
Xyrem
. I fear that the medication will not work and that my level of care is not geared toward what i need. Does anyone have any advice on what level of care i should aim for. Maybe a case study at the point.
