Borrowing Trouble
As we near the end of the EMBARK Trial, I have been worried about how we will manage to get
Xtandi
after the trial concludes. He's not old enough for Medicare, and the co-pay with our employer-provided insurance is $2,000 per month.

Xtandi and sex
I'm looking to start
Xtandi
WITHOUT Lupron or its equivalents. My question is "does
Xtandi
destroy libido like Lupron?" Any user responses will be appreciated.

Xtandi in Europe
Is
Xtandi
available in Europe? How difficult will it be to get it while there, should the need arise? Any suggestions?

Climbing PSA
Pet scan then
xtandi
? Chemo again and how many sessions then
xtandi
or back to arbitrone? Looking for some thoughts on next step to drive down the psa before it gets higher, I have no bone pain at all.

Xtandi dilemma
I had a good run on enzalutamide (
Xtandi
)—almost 3 years. Over those years, I managed to squirrel away several bottles of the stuff. Now I don't know what to do with them. I hate to see them go to waste.

Experience with Aranesp (darbepoetin alfa) to improve HGB count
In my case, Zytiga,
Xtandi
, and now Lynparza all seemed to contribute to my low HGB count (while continuing Lupron throughout). My HGB has been between 9.6 and 10.7 over the last 18 months, last reading 10.1.

PSA up after one month on Xtandi
I'm wondering if we should give up on
Xtandi
and switch to Keytruda (my hasband has MSI-high), or give
Xtandi
another month or two. Has anyone had a similar experience with
Xtandi
, and if so, what was the outcome?

Now on ADT, what to add?
I have also been looking at adding either Enzalutamide (
Xtandi
), Darolutamide or even Apalutamide. Can anyone suggest what may be the best one to add to my current ADT that may improve life expectancy without too many additional side effects. Thank you in advance.

What do you think about seeing a PA instead of your Oncologist?
I go for my periodic checkup this Wednesday, the first after starting
Xtandi
. They have me scheduled to see a PA. I have always been seen by an Oncologist, never a PA. So, not an oncologist or an MD, just a PA. What would you all think?

Catheter
I saw my Onc yesterday in the am and I continueto be undetectable with
Xtandi
for 2 years now and my every 12 weeks of Lupron and xgeva. in the afternoon i had a cystoscopy due to frequent urination and burning sensation. The cystoscopy was brutal and vowed not to have that again.

Lu-177 or Cabazitaxel
Due to limitation of treatments in my country, his doctor suggests him change to
Xtandi
(self-payment). We don’t want to take that option at this moment due to the concern of cross-resistance. We prefer Cabazitaxel or Lu177 at countries around Vietnam.

DRAMATIC PSA RISE W/ZYTIGA
He did well on
Xtandi
for about 3-1/2 years until 03-07-22, when he was switched to Zytiga/Prednisone because his PSA had risen to 27 by 11-10-21. He has also not tolerated the Zytiga well (especially extreme fatigue), should that be relevant.

Xtandi - average time
Hi all, I'm just starting
Xtandi
and I was wondering for those of you who have been on it. How long were you on it before it started to fail? My Oncologist says the average is 8-10 months.

Resistant to Zytiga, Xtandi and Chemo? Here is a promising trial.
This trial tested the new drug ODM-208 which can be effective after Zytiga,
Xtandi
and Chemo have failed. Here are the details of this study, which is currently recruting: https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT03436485 And here is a video with Dr.
