Bloods
Ok so my GP has told me my results are normal. I've demanded a T3 test! I have no gland whatsoever I was born without one. My results are Serum TSH 1.53 mU/L (.27-4.20) "normal" Serum 4 T4 24.9 pmol/L(11.0-25.0) Serum globulin 18 g/L (19-47) What do you make of these?

I have read that the CR results are more reliable indicators of PMR I have accessed my medical record and am busy digesting the contents spurred on by the fact that test results mostly do not reach my rheumatologist for a number of reasons too silly to take up space here. At the request of my rheumatologist

Study says dairy fat could lower risk of diabetes
Other studies have considered a connection between vitamins and minerals in dairy products and a reduced risk of diabetes or that
whey
protein
could have some effect on diabetes development, but May said results were inconsistent.

I have been told I have splenic marginal zone lymphoma. Platelet count 82. Also something called c reactive protein. Falling the dexamethasone regiment for treating ITP. Will be getting more blood done soon. Needing help to know what questions I should be asking when I see my doctor again. Thank you.

Low triiodothyronine: A new facet of inflammation in acute ischemic stroke
Does this paper really imply we could argue like this: "Doctor, Please let me have my liothyronine so that when I have a stroke, it will be mild rather than moderate." Of course, far, far better would be if getting liothyronine in an appropriate dose actually meant no stroke at all. What do you think

Can anyone help? I'm new here.
Hello all. I have been having ongoing problems for 2 years. They are getting worse. Besides joint problems such as TMJ, carpal tunnel, and knee problems (surgery on all), I have been having other issues.  Feel like I’m living life in a fog. Awful concentration. Cluster headaches/migraines. Muscles

Proton Therapy
Unfortunately many are not aware of the use of proton radiation therapy for eliminating the cancer. If you've been diagnosed, I strongly suggest you consider this method. I chose this and the entire process, results were outstanding without any negative side effects.

New Research from USA about drugs and GCA-- some of this s quite technical but a lay person should be able to follow the gist.
Tocilizumab plus prednisolone was twice as effective as placebo plus prednisolone at inducing complete remission in patients with giant cell arteritis (GCA), and four times as effective at producing relapse-free survival in a small, phase 2, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial. Patients
