KAt what point in the future can you drop the rest days?
Ok, I'm only starting Week 6 this week, but running is part of an overall
weight
loss
programme for me. My question is, will I always have to take a rest day between runs or is that just for beginners? I always thought runners went out for a run daily?

Daily Diary for Wednesday 18th August 2021
As for me, I'm following the NHS
weight
loss
plan which works out your calories based on BMI and activity level. Shockingly, my calorie range goes down on Friday, simply because I turn 60! For today, my plan is: Breakfast: Greek yoghurt, apple and blueberries.

SAVE the date and prepare to get involved only 5 days to go until World Leukaemia Day.
Before diagnosis I had the following symptoms <delete as appropriate> fatigue, bruising or bleeding, night sweats, frequent infections,
weight

, feeling weak or breathless. I didn’t know these were signs of a leukemia.

Will the weight ever drop?
I feel tighter, my clothes definitely fit slightly better but apart from the
weight
loss
that happened in the first 10 days, when I dropped 9 lbs, (I started out weighing 196lbs) have stopped going down in weight. In fact, in the past 2 days, I've even put on a pound. I drink a lot of water.

Hair loss after covid ICU coma
I had to cut it by half, how so so sad, to alleviate the
weight
(which i thought was the cause of my hair
loss
). Ive had long hair most of my life. My 19 year old son told me im not me without my long hair. He has never seen me with short hair. Its become extremely depressing.

Intermittent fasting
Am trying intermittent fasting for
weight
loss
and would like to report so far so good. My question is that recording everything is lost in a myriad of apps on the topic and wondering if anyone can recommend a free app to try. Thank you all.

My total
weight
loss
over the 12 weeks is 35 lbs or 2 and 1/2 stone. Well pleased with that I now also have a date for my opp. 22nd July. Nervous but please I now have an end insight. But also depends on my full heart scan on the 29th June. Fingers crossed it will be ok

Symptoms of depression and anxiety
I'll also hear self esteem issues,
weight
gain or
loss
or low energy levels as being symptoms but the common one is indeed sadness. Then there's crying and suicidal thoughts. I'm not sure why but I don't really identify with any of these save for crying and one other.

Did weight loss help you, even if you weren’t technically overweight?
Has
weight
loss
helped anyone? I’m technically in a healthy
weight
according to my BMI, tho I’m just a few pounds shy of being in the overweight category. I ask as I have eating disorder tendencies and have a hard time losing weight without finding myself falling back into these bad behaviors.
