Widespread body pain, stiffness and increased fatigue - new symptoms
I still have swelling,
water
retention
(or mucin), and issue with skin imprints as before. I have also been extremely fatigued, sleepy and more tired than usual. I also have some tickling in my chest and light cough.

How to cope with so much?
I've been struggling with personal problems (my dad is terminally ill, due to brain tumours), work and financial problems (he was self-employed, so I also have to work to guarantee that our income is going to be stable) and last, struggling with my depression, anxiety and ADHD at college, feeling that

What are your suggestions for an upset stomach due to anxiety? I usually drink tea and use essential oils. Anything else natural that would help? Oh, I also take probiotics. Thanks!

Could I be a highly sensitive person?
I know I can't get an official diagnosis here but I think, along with Anxiety and Autism, I might be a highly sensitive person (HSP). I can often try to please others though not always, I tend to overthink and be a deep thinker, opinions that differ from mine and how people express these opinions can

Poisoned by sleep meds please advise
Need urgent advice please from South Africa. Unbearable pain... I don't know what to do. I have been drinking a sleeping tablet for 30 years, got tolerant to it and am currently on a dangerous cocktail. I don't want to die like this.... I use 15 mg Mirtazapine, 2 mg Rivotril / clonazapam, 40 mg Seroquel

So swollen- Is it fat/mucin/water? Ballooned 3 dress sizes in half a year 😭
I struggle to believe it would only be
water
... Historically I am a big
water
retention
sufferer and any sodium makes me puff. It’s so unfair I want to cry 😢

My cancer has morphed to treatment-emergent small-cell neuroendocrine prostate cancer.
Hi Guys, I had a TURP in July and the pathology report came back that my prostate cancer cells were small-cell neuroendocrine type, while my original diagnosis was adenocarcinoma Gleason 10. The cancer has grown up the side of my bladder, which has caused a bladder bleed which needed a repair under

Neck Tics
I have very sever neck tics that make me jerk it left and right until it pops. Im worried it will cause permanent damage. Im already feeling pain and a burning feeling around my neck. I left my old tic (Teeth grinding) thinking that was the worst my tics could get, but to be honest i prefer that one.

Firstly my ankles swell up every day due to
water
retention
! By the end of the day the top of my socks makes an hourglass like shape on my ankles/calves. I spoke to the consultant about this and she said that it might also be due to the hot weather.
