How long to titrate doses?
Turned out that even on a reasonable dose and optimal
vitamins
I still didn't convert well. So I sought a private Endo. Saw him first in August 2021. Its been almost 3 years of titrating doses. Of feeling great initially and then dropping down again.

Help with results please!
I would rather try to tackle
vitamins
first, though. Medicheck doc comments included… “Your vitamin D level remains in low normal range. Vitamin D levels which are not in optimal range can affect your motivation to exercise, and your speed and stamina whilst exercising.

Any recommendations for male infertility
He is taking

Calcium and other bone needs
I notice magnesium is being included in many combinations but I’ve understood that magnesium should be taken separately away from other
vitamins
. You can take one or up to four a day. I’ll begin with one. How important are your
vitamins
to you and what impact do they have on your osteoporosis?

Can anyone recommend a good vitamin supplement or something to try and support

Help! "Normal" bloods and unwell
I also moaned because I've had no
vitamins
tested for ages or T3 at all on the nhs. She said she would speak to an endo to see if she could increase my meds and/or refer.

b12 results, advice needed please
I plan to wait 2 months before I retest my thyroid and wanted to check my
vitamins
to see if I was deficient which may be contributing to fatigue and hair loss. I stopped my b complex supplements 2 weeks before the test.

weekly dosing fat soluble vitamins
thanks to this site, I learned about the benefit of K2 MK7. Because it is fat soluble, I take my total week's worth of D3 on Saturday. Since the K2 MK7 is, also, fat soluble would it be safe to say I can take the week's worth on the day I take my D3? My D levels got into a happy range while doing

Wait and watch approach
I had CLL for 3 years now, I see my oncologist every 3 months, I have many enlarged lymphnods around my stomach and on both sides neck, the Dr said not in any organs, staying in their lanes.I would like to know Is there anything I should be doing as far as diet, or
vitamins
I should be taking.
