Help with T3
I also asked whether there are any
vitamins
that I can take, he has prescribed a high level Vitamin D tablet as my Homocysteine levels were also triple what they should be. He has advised to take the tablet weekly. Any advice and reassurance would be really helpful. Thank you.

My
vitamins
are all on the low ‘in range’ scale but I am working on brining these all up. I have also recently cut out gluten. Thank you in advance 🙂

Socratic Lab Results – any advice?
I regularly check
vitamins
etc. and supplement. I’m neither gluten- nor dairy free but get fresh eggs from a farmer and only goat or sheep yoghurt. Fruit and veggies in Greece are still quite good, though it’s changing and supermarkets are to be avoided.

interpreting results
I’m fine interpreting the results of the
vitamins
and minerals, and I also understand that the higher the TSH the more underactive you are, and the lower the number, the more overactive you are, ideally TSH needs to be between 1 and 2…..

help - prostate cancer with bone metastasis in bones - patient 70 years old - PERU
Do you know of any alternative treatments or
vitamins
that could help? I appreciate your time, if you could advise me on anything else, the process is complicated for my family. If anyone is interested and wants more information.

For anyone who is on T3 only... When did you realise you needed it?
As for
vitamins
, I had them tested in January. All was ok except vitamin D which I've been supplementing high dose. I'm also taking iron, b12, b complex, selenium etc even though my levels for those were all ok as I want them to be optimal. Haven't retested but may do soon.

Recent blood results, help interpreting
My doctor didn't test my
vitamins
the past few months, but they were in range the last time and I have been supplementing with these for over a year. Just wondering if anyone else experiences this sometimes? Thanks in advance!

Sharing my experience concerning MTHFR mutation and ADHD
This converts
vitamins
like B12, B6 and Folic Acid into the forms that work in the body, but the mutation means that you have a vitamin deficiency even though you take the RDA of the
vitamins
.

Prescribed levothyroxine at last!
I must stay that since working on optimizing my
vitamins
as per the info on this site, especially the ferritin and B12, I have started to feel better than I have done for a long time. Thanks everyone. It's good to know you're there.🥰

Help with blood test interpretation please?
Taken last week approx 9am with only water (no levothyroxine) - however I only stopped b
vitamins
including biotin 4 days prior to test. TSH 0.96 (0.27-4.2) FT3 2.9 (2-4.4) FT4 1.18 (0.93-1.7) I am currently on just 62.5mg levo, creeping up from a starter dose of 25mg in May '23.

BIOTIN...VITAMIN tablets and food SUPPLAMENTS
Gp advised multi
vitamins
and Complan to help boost intake....but both carry biotin...many off the shelf and cheap
vitamins
have biotin. But I have ready that biotin leaves the body after only a few hours. So can I take all my supplaments but just stop say a few days before my blood tests ?

Increased cancer risk?
Now, I have read in some cancer fora supplementing with B-

I feel weird after taking meconerv forte and ginsomin. Is it advisable to continue combining them with ligaba?
Stomach, chaste, waist and back pains; insomnia, muscle twitching, tingling sensation, lethargy, fatigue, racing heart, fast pulse rate were among the frequent symptoms.Recently, because pariet was suspected to have interfered with the
vitamins
absorption, it was withdrawn.

B12 deficiency
Is the low levels of
vitamins
to be expected or should I be getting supplements of both? Many thanks for your suggestions.

absorption of vitamins
What about other
vitamins
and nutrients? I do take an oral supplement but if it can’t be absorbed what’s the point ? I take krill oil and colleges too . does anyone know if it’s just b12 that can’t be absorbed and if so why just b12 ? Thanks all

How To Consume Reveal CBD Gummies Perfectly?
However, there are certain population groups who may have higher needs of some nutrients or follow diets that may make it difficult to obtain the optimal level of these
vitamins
and minerals. In these cases, taking a multivitamin gummy may provide value.
