Sharing my experience concerning MTHFR mutation and ADHD
This converts
vitamins
like B12, B6 and Folic Acid into the forms that work in the body, but the mutation means that you have a vitamin deficiency even though you take the RDA of the
vitamins
.

Please can anyone help with my latest blood results
Vitamins
are all good. Only change since April bloods is I stopped taking selenium as I was taking far too much and started taking zinc. Also started Amino Acids at the same time. I have been on T3 since August 2022.

Socratic Lab Results – any advice?
I regularly check
vitamins
etc. and supplement. I’m neither gluten- nor dairy free but get fresh eggs from a farmer and only goat or sheep yoghurt. Fruit and veggies in Greece are still quite good, though it’s changing and supermarkets are to be avoided.

Fibromyalgia or Hypothyroidism?
If I can get her to share her results with me, and/or get some private tests to cover all thyroid results (she has lalready had
vitamins
checked), could we see Hashi's if it was there? I hope that I've made clear what I'm trying to ask. 🙁

New blood test results, low vitamins, advice please
My digestion hasn’t been good for years, i think this is why i don’t absorb
vitamins
from food very well so try and take liquid
vitamins
where possible. I don’t understand why my vit D is so low after being outside alot of the summer.

Reverse T3 Tips
The GP recommended an increase in Zinc and selenium and b
vitamins
, magnesium and ALA. But I'm not seeing a massive difference in my symptoms. Has anyone with high reverse T3 tried anything else? Thanks for any help / advice. Rem

Tiny Levo increase but FT4 well over range
TSH 0.01 FT4 24.4=124% FT3 4.8=46% Notes: lack of energy No
vitamins
to add apart from vit D 100. Wouldn’t be surprised if iron and B12 slightly low but the test failed so I’m waiting for a replacement kit.

interpreting results
I’m fine interpreting the results of the
vitamins
and minerals, and I also understand that the higher the TSH the more underactive you are, and the lower the number, the more overactive you are, ideally TSH needs to be between 1 and 2…..

Feeling anxious hopeless desperate and overwhelmed, sad
I thought I did everything I could for the last cycle in terms of
vitamins
, diet, acupuncture and yoga etc I was offered calcium ionophore at the last minute for our 4 eggs and agreed to this add on. Not much information on was given to us but I decided to go for it.

I need to get my Levothyroxine dose increased - I think !
So I took the prescription to the local lab where they took the bloods, following the advice on this forum (also for some private tests, for food intolerance and some
vitamins
) and got the results back yesterday.

Hi everyone I thought I’d post today to say thank you for all of the wonderful advice you provided in the last few years. I have been feeling well for almost a year now but I stupidly took my eye off the ball a couple of weeks ago. I ran out of B12 and forgot to buy more. All of my symptoms have

buzzing in foot
I’ve been started taking vitamin B 12
vitamins
in the morning, and after two episodes of the gabapentin and daily B12 I no longer have the issues. I also have Hashimoto’s disease. I have an appointment to see my GP in January and will get a full panel of annual test done.

update on T3
Are my
vitamins
optimal? Inflammation is down, Would that cause better absorption and reason for higher uT4? This was 24 hours after t4 and 11h30 after T3.
