I will say that my
vitamins
are not good. They were not looking brilliant last July and I’ve done very little to improve them. I’m rubbish at taking them, don’t know why when they could potentially make me feel so much better! I’ve even got them all in the cupboard 🙄😳🤯.

This, that, all?
The results show my
vitamins
are bad and I am getting this sorted out this week with supplements and an overhaul of my diet. Should I try first with
vitamins
and diet and see if I start to feel a little better or would people advise I do both?

Advice on Tests Please
My concern is that the
vitamins
are just swimming in the bloodstream and not actually doing anything. Many thanks in advance 🫶🏽

Am I on enough thyroid medication for my weight
I 'ran' my disease states by identifying what part of the body was showing me it needed help with
vitamins
or minerals - think about it - dis-ease of the body - lucky enough in those days to be tested every 3 months - what I have found is that the body will drag from your food anything it needs to keep

I’m Quite Annoyed Over My Latest Blood Tests.
No
vitamins
were tested this time except D3 and B12 ! and they are both fine. I had asked them to repeat everything that was tested last time…but did they heck! So can you tell from this whether I need to reduce further?

what thyroid or other tests will help in improving heart condition ?
I have ulcerative colitis so think this stops me absorbing
vitamins
as much as I should. sorry it’s such a long post. Quite scared now as BHF nurse advised light activity only and kept saying she was so sorry.

My
vitamins
are all on the low ‘in range’ scale but I am working on brining these all up. I have also recently cut out gluten. Thank you in advance 🙂

changing from Armour to levo
Over the years I’ve educated myself on diet, lifestyle and
vitamins

BIOTIN...VITAMIN tablets and food SUPPLAMENTS
Gp advised multi
vitamins
and Complan to help boost intake....but both carry biotin...many off the shelf and cheap
vitamins
have biotin. But I have ready that biotin leaves the body after only a few hours. So can I take all my supplaments but just stop say a few days before my blood tests ?

Been at 1 mg prednisone for a week
I was wondering if my taking d3 and k2
vitamins
made that worse. I stopped taking that many months ago. Before PMR both fingers could bend all the way down but they would trigger lock. Now no trigger lock but they just dont work normal.

Do you want to stop guessing what food and supplements are helping you and which are hurting you? Or at the very least a waste of money?
My report specifically list which pre/post biotics,
vitamins
, minerals supplements dosage will best serve my body for homeostasis. I am no longer throwing darts. I am all about precision medicine and nutrition.

Should I be asking for an increase in Levo?
I haven't tested my
vitamins
/minerals since August 2023. However, I have been much more consistent with taking Vit B complex, Vit C + iron, Vit D+K and magnesium every day.

1st ever vitamin tests - newly hypo
I’ve followed your excellent advice and got my
vitamins
tested and was wondering if I could please have some advise on these results. Starting Levo dose 75 (48kg) As a reminder I was diagnosed hypo 1 month ago. Since starting Levo have been muscle and joint pain with acid reflux.

It seems that if my liver and pancreases are not using my enzymes well, these
vitamins
and minerals go directly to your blood stream.

Advice needed - T3 levels
I’ve had all key
vitamins
tested and Vit D and B12 are at the high end of optimal. My Ferritin levels are high. I’m not overweight. Any advice would be very gratefully received.
