TSH increase
I recently had blood tests due to feeling really fatigued especially after exercising. I’ve been on levo for 13 years for Hashimoto’s. Levels have been up and down. Last test was 0.75 and I felt fine. That was 9 months ago. Most recent test it was 7.16! No wonder I feel bad. All vits tested on the low

Nervous tummy
I'm really getting very low in mood. My tummy heaves constantly. I have been quite proud of myself for about four months because I came off Sertraline. I put this down to my EOD inj of B12. It lifted me so much after nearly 50years on and off, mainly on, antidepressants. I have been worried about my

Parkinson’s: A friend asked for advice to give a friend

I would love to see a Clinical Trial on TTFD
I gave up on TTFD (thiamine tetrahydrofurfuryl disulfide - a B1 derivative) because; I would settle in on a sweet-spot, within a few weeks I would overdose, I lowered my dose and repeated again & again. Thinking maybe that wouldn’t be a bad thing — could it be a cure and would I get down to just recommended

My kid on Ritalin is having trouble sleeping
my son’s psychiatrist added a second dose of Ritalin to be given at noon when he’s at school and now he’s having a harder time falling asleep. I’m wondering if any of the parents here have tried giving their children natural remedies for sleep? I’ve tried melatonin gummies but it doesn’t work. Any suggestions

Hypothesis XII
Hypothesis XII The reason I write a hypothesis instead of using what if or it might be is that it is laborious. No way do I have the funding or experience to prove my hypothesis. The reality that no expert is going to try and prove or disprove it is inconsequential. I very much only write as it helps

Root cause of autoimmune B12 def
Hello- I was just diagnosed with PA and was prescribed injections (cyanocobalamin unfortunately). This was from a hematology referral for low white blood cells. That turned out to be ok, but the doc noticed my B12 was "low" at 310. I was already supplementing B12 so she just said keep doing that.

Generic Link?
I have historically been diagnosed with low B12 and now two of my children have been diagnosed with my son starting injections in new year. Is anyone aware of a genetic component to this condition? Thanks.

Does The Thyroid Affect Potassium Levels?
Hi! A bit of a random question but I’ve recently had some bloods taken by my GP surgery and my potassium levels have come back a little low (3.2 range 3.5-5.3) My TSH is 3.06 (range 0.27-4.20), which I think is a little too high although in range, so it got me thinking if there is a link at all between
