Vitamin supplements: good or bad?
These include 2000mg
vitamin
C and 400iu of
vitamin
E
and fish oil capsules. These are supposed to enhance the auto immune system. As rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is caused by an over active immune system attacking the cartilege in our joints, are these vitamins adding to the problem?

The failed SELECT study shows the danger of relying on alpha tocopherol as a
vitamin
E
supplement. The eight isoforms compete for uptake. Supplement with one & you may drive down levels of another. PCa research suggests that gamma tocotrienol is the isoform with the greatest PCa impact.

Vitamin deficiency and muscle loss
what about
Vitamin
A, B6,
E
and K ? I believe they too are fat soluble. I presume those too would be low. do vitamin supplements in tablet form work ? Or do I need to look at other ways to boost those vitamins.

Six months of antioxidant treatment with coenzyme Q10 (400 milligrams/day) and
vitamin

Vitamin supplements
I currently take evening primrose capsules and
vitamin
D tablets together late afternoon (primrose includes
vitamin
E
). Is it better to separate these or to take with food? They both have added incipients. Should I be looking for natural vitamins instead?

Supplements - Dangerous, Essential or Useless?
You can see this for instance in many trials of
Vitamin
A, Beta-Carotene and
Vitamin
E
: ref: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/17327526/ In these cases negative outcomes resulted in a recommendation in some quarters not to ever supplement these nutrients at all.

Dr Berg recommends this form of Vitamin E to help stroke, PD, Alzheimers and more!
Dr Berg's YouTube channel has more than 9 million subscribers (including many of you, I'm sure). I just watched this very informative video and I highly recommend it!

DX 5 years on Dec 26th. What I’ve learned about my PD. Please Read! It might be helpful.
B2, glutathione, Restore Gold (NAC, Green Tea Extract,ALA, TUDCA, Acetyl-L-Carnitive, Grape Extract), NAD+
vitamin
c/
e
are some of my favorites. 4. Diet and lifestyle. Long term nutrition deficiencies. I believe a low b2 levels caused a ton of my issues.
