My
Vitamin
D
Level usually range from 80-90. I take 50,000u Wkly . My doctor says the range is Ok over the last 2yrs. Just wondering does anyone have a level close to this. Also thinking about the longterm effects of such high levels. Thanks!

Numb hands 😞
Hello, I have been suffering with numb hands at night and during the day for a while. They really hurt at night and wake me up. It seems that it's made worse by laying on my side and not so connected to the position of my wrists. Splints don't make much difference. Has anyone had anything similar and

Fear of too many vitamins.
I've since come to the conclusion it was all the vitamins I was taking, So got rid of them I take a multi
Vitamin
and a
vitamin
D
, plus a probiotic. I suppose my bones will suffer but my quality of life is much better without constant pain in my tummy. I am 79.

Dieticians???
I know most of you will have probably been involved with nhs weight management at some point so I wondered if this is the norm...I've had 3 zoom sessions in the last 18 months with a young guy who advised me to up my protein - which was low. Now at least 60g/day. He also said my calorie intake wasn't

optimal bloods?
Looking at my bloods I think they are near enough spot on? (Any input would be great). However I still feel terrible with severe fatigue & body aches. I am taking vit D, multi vit, iron (heme) and going to restart cortex adrenal. As my cortisol is coming back low. currently on 1 1/4 grain armour

what thyroid or other tests will help in improving heart condition ?
I’ve been hypothyroid for almost 20 years. Only treated / offered levothyroxine. Last full year reduced from 125 to 100 mg then in December gp wanted to go from 125 to 150( don’t think he realised I was on 100. Rang and eventually nurse rang and agreed to 125. At same time having tests about long standing

Latest results and my plan...
Hello I am symptomatic of low B12 and/or Hypothyroidism. GP isn't concerned and advised me to take B12 supplements, but will retest Thyroid in 6 months time. My plan is to raise B12, Ferretin, Foltate, and Vit D to the top 25% of range and then see how I feel and redo TFTs. I am happy to pay

Increasing Levo but not feeling great
hellooooo I've been having some trouble with increasing my levothyroxine lately and wondered if you could help please? I've been taking levothyroxine for about 4 years roughly and it's very slowly been increasing (as expected). I started on 25, then 50, then I was on 75 for about two and a half
