Vitamin supplements
I currently take evening primrose capsules and
vitamin
D
tablets together late afternoon (primrose includes
vitamin
E). Is it better to separate these or to take with food? They both have added incipients. Should I be looking for natural vitamins instead?

Should I consider seeing a doctor about PCOS?
- I had a
vitamin
d
deficiency when I was about eight or nine, I took supplements to help but it was never confirmed that I no longer had a deficiency. At the time it came with aches in my joints, and now I'm getting similar aches again. - I'm often tired even when I've been sleeping well.

Depression and tsh?
Also my
vitamin
D
is still the same at 39 which is insufficient. He said just keep taking the 800 iu a day, which did nothing for me before. I'm just going round in circles, I really think my low mood is to do with all this. Also supplementing with selenium and zinc.

Update on the dreaded G.P appointment…
Just got back from my appointment with the G.p (Copied a bit of history from my last post for reference. ) Well…it was horrible, but to cut a long story short - he agreed on a small increase in levothyroxine from 50mcg to 75mcg. Although it was a long, arduous process, and he made me feel as if I was

what is causing my lower back pain, right leg pain, left leg pins and needles?
Oh I should also mention I did have blood tests done at initial GP appointment, I think they were checking for diabetes, the check for diabetes was clear and all blood levels normal although I did have low
vitamin
D
levels which I am now taking
vitamin
D
that was prescribed.Â

Oh dear 😤
Just 1 tablet), magnesium (400 mg)
vitamin
D
. She tells me to stop all supplements until further notice. She doesn’t think the supps have anything to do with the problem but I don’t need them, except the Vit D. Husband is euphoric. He’s always been of the view that I take too much ‘stuff’.

I think I might need a second opinion regarding my Behçet’s diagnosis & management. What do you think?
Hi Everyone. I posted a long while back, but I'm looking for some advice again & would really appreciate your input. I'm feeling a bit lost & don't know what to do. I'll try my best to share my story here. I was diagnosed with Behçet’s in 2018, which took 5 years in itself. It started with my experiencing
