testosterone boosters after ADT?
I asked my endocrinologist about zinc and
Vitamin
D
to aid T recovery, and he said it probably wouldn’t help, but won’t hurt anything. I saw some “testosterone support” from Wieder at the store and am considering it. It augments these two with some herbs and a lot of Vitamin B6 and B12.

Morning Temperature!
My vitamins are all good - as per previous post except for Folate which I am supplementing for with a B complex with folate and have reduced my
Vitamin
D
as the level was too high. My TSH is still a bit high but T4 is okay.

Recommendations for Endos in/near Berkshire
Just wondered if anyone has any recommendations for endos in or around Berkshire if they could pm me. I have seen one recently who has said he doesn't think I've ever had a thyroid problem as I was borderline when diagnosed but still have many symptoms. My TSH is very low but I am on a combination

Waiting for diagnosis
My
vitamin
D
was low so i did another 4 month course. My bloods then came back normal again. During this time my symptoms got worse. I was constantly tired and no amount of sleep ever made me feel rested. I had a constant headache, my joints were painful and i kept losing my concentration.

Well at least that’s one less thing to worry about.
I’m so pleased to learn that my recent dexa scan after seven years of prednisolone is normal and unchanged from three years ago. Not being a pill popper before diagnosis I have struggled to take the calcium and Vit D supplement and Alendronic Acid which were prescribed as routine by my GP. A dexa scan

Elderly mum's blood test results (part 2)
Hello, I posted about a month ago regarding my mum's blood results and I have put her on
vitamin
D
to try and get her level up. She had to have another blood test so I couldn't put her on the B vitamins as I know these interfere with the test.

Update- I no longer take Dipyridamole
Vitamin
D
helps me keep my ferritin levels up with ease. If iron is the issue, no drugs are going to work until the iron issue is resolved! Insomnia - seems to have gotten under control by itself.

The good doctor
He then asked me if I was taking
Vitamin
D
and I told him I was taking 2000 IU following a blood test which showed my
Vitamin
D
levels to be at 70 nmol/L. He asked if I was taking Vitamin K2 and magnesium as well. I confirmed.

Adcal-D3
Just a quick query. Has anyone else suffered from nausea when taking Adcal-D3 chewable? I was wondering if the tablets contain lactose, as I'm allergic to it. Since having been diagnosed with a fractured L2 and osteoporosis, the RA team and my GP both recommend them. I was taking Solgar Calcium Citrate

Disappointed
Vitamin
D
is very low. I’m waiting for Medichecks pernicious anaemia tests to come back. I recently had a CT scan as part of my surgery follow up and it showed nothing untoward. The GP refused to comment on the gastritis and said that B12 is not deficient.
