Getting blood out of a stone (like hand)
My work has given me a free "thriva" blood test to take (for
vitamin
d
), however my attempt at filling the small vial was messy and the lab rejected the little I did produce.

High Vitamin D level
Meanwhile, my
vitamin
D
-25 has come back quite high. 80. This has me quite concerned. Just wondering if others have had same.

Adcal-D3
Just a quick query. Has anyone else suffered from nausea when taking Adcal-D3 chewable? I was wondering if the tablets contain lactose, as I'm allergic to it. Since having been diagnosed with a fractured L2 and osteoporosis, the RA team and my GP both recommend them. I was taking Solgar Calcium Citrate

Vitamin D
I received lots of good advice, including to look at taking
vitamin
d
. I then received my latest bloods showing a
vitamin
d
deficiency. So I have ordered my
vitamin
d
with my tesco delivery. Has taking
vitamin
d
helped others with their asthma.

Back again!
All that came back was low
vitamin
D
. So am currently taking super strength tabs to raise my levels. I have also been on the depo injection for 7 years (side effect - weight gain). I had endometriosis surgery and was put on depo to stop my periods so it wouldnt return.
