Can of worms
I supplement with
vitamin
D
, B12, Magnesium,
vitamin
C and Omega 3. I am very petite at 5 foot one inch and weighing 47 kilos. Recently I had a blood test and all was fine apart from my GP almost having a heart attack regarding my suppressed TSH. She insisted I reduce my T4 by 25mcgs.

stopping vitamins before tests
hi everyone, I can’t remember if I have to stop my
vitamin
b12 and
D
before doing my medichecks test - the one that tests for t3, t4, tsh, folate, b12, D, ferritin and inflammation. I’m taking the vitamins in spray form now so no biotin - is there any other reason I have to stop before testing?

How often should you repeat DEXA scan if you have Osteopenia?
Spine -1.3 Hip -1.6 I was diagnosed with osteopenia and prescribed
vitamin
d
and calcium. I recently saw an endocrinologist about repeating the DEXA scan to see how things are now but he said they don't usually recommend them for people my age? I'm now 31. Is this correct?

Vitamin and mineral deficiencies/Thyroid dysfunction.. Chicken or Egg?
Before I spend my hard earned money on going to a private ENDO because the NHS is failing me I wanted to ask what you all thought about the problem of iron deficiency and
vitamin

deficiency and how this relates to underactive thyroid .
