results advice for my daughter please
Her folate is finally improving a little but even with supplements we are struggling on getting her iron and
vitamin
d
to increase much, another issue is her cholesterol has now shot up to 6 which they’ve said needs immediate action but we aware this is probably due to her thyroid.

New to T3, advice please
I supplement with 210mg iron, plenty of magnesium,
vitamin
D
and B supplements, I tend to stop these a couple days before my thyroid bloods and take them away from my meds. I take 2-3 mls of low dose naltrexone (LDN) daily, I'm gluten free for one year and working on dairy free.

I have been taking calcium and
vitamin
D
all along but maybe I need to increase the amount I am taking, or switch to a particular brand?? Here in Texas we are expecting temperatures to be in the high eighties tomorrow which will be a cool front after weeks of 100 plus!

Help interpreting results
I’ve been taking 10,000iu of
vitamin
D
(with co factors) most days since my low D test in 2022, but the levels are still not in the optimal range. This could also be due to the parathyroid issues.

Continued success with Vitamin B1
I still take a multivitamin, a
vitamin
d
and a magnesium tablet on a morning as well as 64mg of iron on an evening before bed. I did also sometimes use a magnesium spray but have not needed to for a good month or so.

Vitamin Supplements for PMR
I am thinking of taking ‘one a day’
vitamin
D
tablets and Multivitamins plus Iron (touch aneamic when blood tested). Wondering if these will help or hinder my PMR and if there are others I should consider?

I take
Vitamin
D
supplement so I’m confident that is ok. Selenium, I’ll start eating Brazil nuts as I don’t know my level for that My question is that I don’t know what step to take next. I’m happy to take private blood tests.

Lupus re-diagnosis UCTD
My GP has been asked to prescribe high dose
Vitamin
D
which after 5 weeks will reduce but I have to remain on this supplement indefinitely. similarly folate is needed for 3 years then to be re-assessed. I am also told I am pre-diabetic and my GP should follow take the appropriate measures.
