Has Anyone Watched The Film?
Whilst looking online elsewhere at B12 issues I came across a film (American) which on further investigation was a dramatisation of Sally Pacholok’s book ‘It Could Be B12’. The film was simply called ‘Sally Pacholok’. It’s on YouTube. It wouldn’t have won any Oscars but it still does a good job of

How to improve your blood pressure
I have recently fallen in love. With capillaries. In his brilliant book, ‘The Secret Language of Cells’, Dr John Leif, physician and neuroscientist, dedicates a whole chapter to them, calling these tiny vessels, ‘brain centres’ of tissue development. With a yogic lens, this speaks to the body intelligence

I have ALL of the symptoms of PA and it is ruining my life. My GPs won't look further.
Hello, I have been suffering for a year with all of the symptoms of PA. My b12 levels have fallen from 550 to 280 within a year... my b12 tests come back low normal or normal and my GP doesn't believe me that I could still have PA - in the form of a functional b12 deficiency. They have been SO quick

Mums-to-be ‘at risk’ from vitamin deficiency
A study published In the Times today said 90% of pregnant women were lacking key vitamins. In fact their headline says vegan diets to blame but I think the problem is much more global than that. It made me think about women with thyroid problems and how much worse it probably is for them and their babies

Ferritin Questions
Hi everyone. I self inject b12, 3x per week. I also take a daily dose of methylfolate. In the past both of these have been extremely low, along with very low ferritin. Of late I have wondered if my iron was dropping, so requested bloods a couple of weeks ago. Folate happily is pretty good at 19( at

10yo daughters results…HELP!
Hello, I have posted before regarding my daughter who is 10yo but we have just had some very unusual and worrying results which may explain her health issues. She has a long term history of low platelets and I’ve been trying to solve this for her as it has been unexplained. We have strong family history

What deficiencies could B12 injection cause?
Some of you might remember me writing about how, since moving to Pascoe vials from Dr Myhill's multi use vial, I've been experiencing whole of body mini vibrations / electricity / agitation. It's particularly bad in the night and I wake with it. I had worked out that it's tolerable by reducing injection

B12 expiry date
I ordered from Germany last year, not realising the expiry date. I have 2 boxes of 10 ampoules that expired December 2023.. 😕 can I still use them.On a positive note I took a chance to call my GP surgery for a prescription it must be my lucky year, they said yes!! I had previously saved conversations

Medichecks results, please advise
Hi Everyone, posting my 1st ever private blood tests. Please can anyone comment, I'm quite new to this. The results came with a Dr's overview, so I'll be taking Vit D supplements but the other results appeared 'normal'. What do you think? And do the autoimmunity antibodies indicate Hashimoto's or am
