Vitamin D3
I have been taking 5,000 units of
Vitamin
D3
for a couple of years. A friend said he heard of a study with MS patients taking 10,000 units and it helped their symptoms and disabilities. Does anyone have experience or comments?

I also take
vitamin
C,
vitamin
D3
, ubiquinol, magnesium malate, threonate, glycinate, and citrate (I rotate the threonate and malate randomly). I took B1 HCL 1 gram/day for 4 1/2 years but can't tolerate it since being on the estrogen patch. I'm currently only taking about 3.125 mg/week.

Folic Acid And Vitamin D Timings
I have now been told by GP to take 25mcg of
Vitamin
D3
daily. I asked my Haematologist if I can take the VitD3 with the Folic acid, the answer was yes, can you good folks corroborate this or is there any other considerations to take into account.

Vitamin A - retinol.
Seeing as how
vitamin
A is one of the fat solubles like
Vitamin
D3
and K2 it is important for many things including the immune system. Dr. Campbell was focussing during the Covid19 pandemic on the need for good levels of vitamin D.

What vitamin supplements to take alongside B12 injections?
So I'm currently on
vitamin
D3
800IU once a day and ferrous fumarate 210mg 3 times a day. These have helped somewhat, especially with brain fog, but still having the ongoing issues.

Getting tested after taking any supplements...
(He has me taking folate, I've had iron infusion, and
vitamin
d3
with k2) I have been taught to self inject at home and I am injecting every other day until I see improvement before making wider gaps between my days. Sending solidarity with everyone on here. 💛 Sunny x
