Left ovary not responding
Hello everyone, I’m on my third round of IVF . Just turned 43. The first two resulted with no eggs being fertilised so I took a break for 4 months and took a new set of vitamins and supplements to improve egg quality ( after reading it begins with the egg) day 7 of my ovuleap and fermadryl stimulation

Vitamin C injections and supplements
I have CLL for seven years. My doctor does not think I will ever need treatments. I go to a local hematologist and to Moffitt once a year. But, I of course wonder. I am taking vitamin C injections and I take a number of supplements, but not sure if they are doing any good. Most are food supplements

New blood results from Thriva.
I have had an increase in weight of 4kg, from 60kg to 64kg, during a period of 2 months. I am struggling to lose weight. I decided to have my blood tested to see if my thyroid is being properly managed. I have had an increase in weight and have constant fatigue. Can someone help me decipher the results

Can of worms
I have always been grateful for all the help I have received from HealthUnlocked since I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's some eight years ago. For the last few years, I have done very well on 100 mcgs of Levothyroxine and 8 mcgs T3 per day. I find a Keto, completely gluten free and almost entirely organic

I'm seeing a neurologist for balance problems and occasional slurring of words. I was diagnosed with Pernicious Anaemia (currently on B12 injections) in July this year and have had vitiligo for over 20 years. One of the blood test done was for TPO antibodies with were 78 which apparently had been

Krebs Cycle
Has anyone’s heard of the Krebs Cycle, also known as the Citric Acid Cycle? It’s a series of biochemical reactions that happen in the mitochondria and is critical for the formation of energy. Krebs has a book called “The Principles and Applications of Ozone Therapy”. The cycle converts NADH to NAD

Low TSH
Hi - I've got my 3rd lot of results from Medichecks since March which I will take to appointment with private Endo. Test taken fasting with no meds beforehand and at 8:55am I'm pleased with levels of folate, B12 and Vit D which I've worked on. Ferritin has gone down though. The T3 is low of course

Low B12 levels
it’s not an area I know much about with a B12 level of 433 (187-833) would I qualify for B12 injections?

B12 OVERDOSE
In my idle moments I was browsing around and came across Livestrong.com where it states many false ideas, including that B12 is not excreted in urine, too much can give you HEART ATTACK, and a few others. I have pointed them here and asked them to correct their information, but I don't suppose they

Iron Level UP!
Earlier this year my Ferritin level reached nearly 200 and I began to sleep through the night. After a month the effect reduced and I wondered if this was due to using Gentle Iron so I changed back to 2 x 200mg Ferrous Sulphate tablets with Vitamin C every other night. More recently I have little RLS

Update
I have had a telephone consultation with a GP today and drew her attention to the Medicheck thyroid test I’d had done recently. She was quite dismissive of this and said that I needed an NHS one (thyroid function test) which will be done on Friday. I can sort of understand this as there will be traceablity

Medication absorption / metabolisation
Does anybody have information on factors affection the absorption / effect of stimulant medication? I already know about the effect of vit C and other acidic foods etc and that alkaline things like bicoarbonate of soda can potentially prolong the effect of medication. I've also read that low zinc levels
