Upcoming appointment with MDS questions
I have an upcoming appointment with MDS this week and was thinking of asking them about having a Dat scan done along with having my
vitamin
B
and D and also insulin levels checked. Has anyone had these checked before and do you think it is worth it? Also would you have any other questions to ask?

Polyneuropathy and vitamin B 12
I have had polyneuropathy for some time and I have tried B12 recently and it seems to me to help a lot. I put this to the test accidentally by running out and was surprised by how much the pain increased. Not expensive and worth trying.

ordered cyanocobalamin by mistake
Also, I take
vitamin
B
complex 100mg and Feroglobin capsules daily, and wondering if that is sufficient. Many thanks for all the great advice I’ve had on this forum.

High B12 - more tests needed?
Serum B12 is consistently high (latest 872, range 197 - 771) without any
vitamin
B
supplements. Also, she has autoimmune thyroiditis, having tested positive for TPO & anti-thyroglobulin antibodies. Would it be worth while to do further blood tests, & if so, what?

Website for Vitamins?
Hi, could anyone point me in the direction of a reputable website where I can buy pure vitamins with no added fillers namely Magnesium,
Vitamin
B12,
Vitamin
B
Complex, Selenium and Zinc. Ideally I would like to order all from the same website. Thank you!

vitamin B1 - added supplements
Hi, can anyone recommend good quality Magnesium and
vitamin
B
complex supplements to take alongside
vitamin
B1? I live in the UK. There seems to be different types of magnesium and do I look for a B Complex that has a low amount of B6 (if that is possible). Would be grateful for any advice.
