Hi Guys I want to share with you an incredible success story which I hope will offer hope and inspire.. A year ago I was diagnosed with PA - barely able to function at 106 ng/L. I started loading doses followed by EOD self injection and spent most of December 2022 to February 2023 in bed in pain,

ALS and B12
I ran across an article that was interesting, if for no other reason, for its quite detailed description of B12 deficiency. Scroll down to the heading, "Vitamin B12 levels and MND/ALS". https://jmedicalcasereports.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/1752-1947-4-298

I decided after consideration of safety and what is known or thought to be true about the treatment of B12 along with my experiences to test my hypothesis that more frequent injections might be superior to other trials I had done. And that no one had any information on increasing frequency that I

Can anyone help with iron panel interpretation please
This is a friend’s recent iron panel Posted a couple of days ago but hoping for a better response this time I’ve looked on rT3 adrenals where it says a low transferrin level indicates a lack of capacity for supplemental iron. I really don’t understand this when it’s clear her whole panel is low,

My B12 Debit Card.
I stole the concept from someone who shared they had a cash account for B12. I was well overdrawn 3 years ago and paid a stiff penalty. 😀 It was issued in the womb by my anorexic mother. It is not a numerical account and is no longer based on actual B12 rather available energy as I heal. I can draw

Active B12 Result
Just had a Medicheck Active B12 result of 89.9 pmol range 37 -188 It stated that this was optimal. Do you agree? seemed to me although adequate maybe would not be classed as optimal?? I do not currently take B vitamins but are currently on the loading winter dose of Vitamin D as prescribed by GP

Just received my blood test results as have been feeling really rubbish lately and cannot lose a single 1lb - in fact it just keeps creeping on. I am exhausted from trying and getting nowhere. And also just generally exhausted! :) Could do with your expertise please: TSH 5.13 miu/L (0.27-4.2) FT4

Looking for a methyl and adenosyl injection mix
Can anyone advise please. I’d prefer one without preservatives too As I keep saying, I’m new to this and at first I liked the idea of Biosciences B12 powder because it has no excipients. I also like the fact that methyl is one of, If not the most, bioavailable. However, the more I read the more it sounds

Thorne Basic B, Biotin, Folate and Blood Testing ?
I was just wondering about something…I shall need to make my blood test appointment soon after a dose change so of course need to stop taking anything biotin. Along with Biotin Thorne Basic B also contains Folate, so how much difference do you think stopping TBB for a week will make to the blood test

B12 vials in Latin stores in the U.S.A.
Hello everyone, Because my doctor only prescribed ONE B12 injection every TWO months, I started self-injecting. At first, I was worried about where and how to buy unprescribed B12. I was lucky to already have a dozen "insulin syringes" with already attached needles. Then, an older Latina lady at work

re: newbie
hello all. I am 39 year old mother to 3 children. I have found this group after looking for somewhere to purchase NDT, after having read the stop this thyroid madness book. i had a routine blood test back in july, due to complaints of fatigue/weight not budging and cold toes and hands. To my disbelief

B12 and recent cold.
Hi everyone, I hope you are all well. Has anyone had similar experience? I have had this cold and cough that is going around for over a week. I feel exhausted and my gastric issues have flared up. Is this the cold or has it depleted my b12 levels? I have 10 weekly injections. Many thanks
