Low Iron
Hi everyone, Wondered if anyone has had experience with SVT and low iron? I’ve just found out that I have extremely low iron stores which explains a lot of my symptoms, including a fast heart rate and wondering whether anyone knows whether it could cause atrial tachycardia? I am really hoping once

Serum folate
vitamin
B12
level 305 ng/L [180.0 - 1000.0] Serum folate level > 24.1 ug/L [>4.0] Normal. No further action. No mention of FSH or anything else. This looks totally weird to me compared with other test results I have seen on this forum.

Timings for taking supplements
So from looking at previous posts, am I right in thinking: First thing - Levothyroxine With breakfast - b vitamins (start with
b12
and a week later add b complex?) and
vitamin
d Four hours later - iron Also, do I need to take magnesium if I’m taking vitamin d?

How to persuade TSH-obsessed Endo I'm not over-replaced (on T3-only)?
I supplement with iron,
B12
,
vitamin
D and selenium. My BP is low, my resting heart rate is low 60 bpm. I did struggle with a 19kg weight gain because of insulin resistance, but ditching the gluten and refined carbs solved that and I'm now a healthy weight.

Ferritin levels
I have collected my blood test results and am looking for information before my g.p. follow up appointment tomorrow.I am under the impression that ferritin levels should be "optimum" in order for my B12 injections to work for pernicious anaemia.
