Just an update from previous posts. I'm currently in the process of experimentation with my RLS. I have tried to avoid sugar / chocolate and MSG. The MSG comes from eating out ! My Thai girlfriend makes healthy meals for me each day with no added 'stuff' ! I can have nights which are bad for

Biotin
Hello: I understand, have read, you should stop taking any supplemental Biotin anywhere from 2-4 days before a PSA test as it may skew/change the results; my question is, outside changing PSA test results, does Biotin do anything to the PCa you already have, good, or bad; is it safe to supplement Biotin

Just need some advice on self injecting.
Just need to come up with a safe plan for what to do about my B12 injections. After several years of symptoms like chronic fatigue, brain fog, dizziness, pins and needles, sore lips, dry skin, breathlessness etc I was finally diagnosed with a B12 deficiency in 2011. My B12 level was 154. By this

Test Results interpretation
HNY everyone! I got my test results back from the GP today. She did a full MOT (although didn’t include vit d or ferritin) but I’m not sure what they mean or if they are optimal. My vit b12 is 502 (197-771) Serum folate is 8th/L (3.0-26.8) My thyroid results are meaningless as I had taken my meds

v&o treatment fatigue improvement, When does it happen?
I started treatment v&o at the start of march ‘23, due to being very anaemic, night sweats (helped by b12 so could be menopausal) and wbc 450 ish. I was still swimming almost daily, part time working, moving house, very fatigued and lightheaded but able. Usual complications at the start of treatment

Another question: did anyone have all their joints crunching, clicking, and sore when their b12 dropped into deficiency range?
Another question: did anyone have all their joints crunching, clicking, and sore when their b12 dropped into deficiency range? My joints in my spine, and hips, shoulder, especially. They click and crunch since I dipped into serious neuro symptoms when b12 likely tanked last September. I also had genitourinary

DX 5 years on Dec 26th. What I’ve learned about my PD. Please Read! It might be helpful.
PD is very common in my family. My dad and his dad had it. I have almost no hope they will ever cure it because it’s so complex. Here is what caused my Parkinson’s. (IMO) 1.Genetics. This is something you cannot change. I know my genes have issues with clearing out toxins? PD is a man made disease

After Some Super Advice on This Forum
Firstly, thank you for all your advice on my last thread, needless to say I took it onboard and proceeded to get another blood test with the advised timings and vitamins etc. So once again I hope I can ask for your advice again, I'll post Januarys and now March's, they look better to me, but as I said
