Injecting in the middle of the night.
Currently injecting SC methyl 1 mg/ml Cynao 1mg/ml one ml each with adeno 6mg SL 4 to 5 times a day. I now start counting at midnight. If I wake up in the middle of the night than I inject and found this to be very beneficial. I came upon injecting if I woke up when suffering utilizing EOD. I

Sourcing Hydroxocobalamin, help please
Edit: Solved this issue. Thanks. Supplies now on order :) I've been self-injecting for a few years now, as GP refuses to diagnose B12 deficiency, in spite of several indications. I now need to buy more hydroxocobalamin but haven't kept a note of where I've previously bought from, in Germany.

Help with latest results please.
Hi.Just had my latest results and would be grateful for input. Currently taking 100 micro of levothyroxine. Not taking any B12 supplements as I've not been able to tolerate due to stomach upset (tried Thorne B complex three different times and a sublingual one). Fasting blood test taken at 9am. I normally

Usually I am ok after my jab and only need to SI occasionally inbetween.I had my jab a week ago then the following day had an accident with a kitchen blender. I was really shaken up. Since then I have felt really tired

Chronic kidney disease
My recent GP-ordered blood tests have revealed chronic kidney disease. I have been told that an appointment will not be necessary. My creatine count is very high this time but B12 etc. are fine. Should I worry; everything online says this is serious.

Exercise for this winter.
I needed to design a new exercise method for this winter. The 5 weeks of 5K on the week-end needed to be abandoned due to needing to get more sun energy. I use having a go to concept so I do not have to make decisions. A plan to deviate from. I also want to stay away from a regiment that I accomplish

Eye problems
Ok So, I woke up this morning with a fairly large posey-shaped vitreous floater along with a flashing light that darts across the same eye when I move my head suddenly or am in the dark. Has anyone experienced this and could it be b12 def related? I'm a bit concerned it may get worse. I haven't hurt

Oh dear! it's that 'senior moment' time again
Oooops. Yesterday I posted asking if anyone had issues with long term use of Lisinopril, but what I really wanted was feedback on long term usage of Lansoprozole! (Take your pick: brain fog, senility etc.) I was prescribed Lansoprozole to minimise the risk of stomach damage from Clopidogrel, following

SIBO and B12 deficiency and OCD?
In 2022 I found out for myself that it had to be a
vitamin
B12
deficiency
. And indeed it was. Hoping he would get better through injections.First every 72 hours, later every 48 hours. No improvement whatsoever, no matter how small. Nothing! The mental complaints became worse, more frequent.

Use-by dates for B12
I posted recently about a three month decline and symptom return as my B12 batch approached its December expiry date. When I tealised what the problem might be I began injecting EOD with a new batch with a 2025 expiry and I'm feeling much better already. Just a cautionary tale about expiry dates. In

Writing a lot here.
I am aware I am writing a lot here. I am also aware others are doing the important work of disseminating information to those who are suffering and I am not doing that work. I mean no disrespect to those in the throes of B12 deficiency. I write as it is helpful to me and others indicate it may be helpful

Medichecks advanced thyroid rest
Hi all, The instructions for my medichecks test says to stop B12 for two whole weeks before testing! Do others follow this advice? I know from this forum that I have to stop any biotin containing supplements for 7 days before any blood test.

Found some research from the 1960s re alternative to injecting B12... Warning! Probably too much info before breakfast - Suppositories!
I am really struggling with injections no matter where, how and with help or not. Seriously interested in alternatives that could help. https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/10.3181/00379727-123-31527?icid=int.sj-abstract.similar-articles.3#:~:text=It%20was%20found%20that%20vit,m%CE%BCg%20per%20rectum%20was

Manufacturer recommendations
Iāve just read and compared the manufacturer instructions for Hevert and Pascoe. Hevert - first few weeks 1ml (500mcg) twice weekly followed by 100mcg per month. Discard remaining b12 in ampoule. Pascoe initially 1500mcg twice weekly, also followed by monthly dose of 100mcg. So 1/15th of an ampoule
