Go off imbruvica
My brother it’s now on 400 mg of
venetoclax
, for 2 weeks. All the nodes dessapeared and the blood levels are good. Because he relapsed on imbruvica, at the 50 mg dose, the doctors put him off imbruvica, in the 50 mg dose and in few days the nodes increased quickly and had fever.

Ibrutinib or venetoclax-obinutuzumab
Ibrutinib or
venetoclax
-obinutuzumab? This will be my first treatment option following CLL diagnosis. Thanks. Happy to provide specific numbers from my chart if that helps.

My Ibrutinib/venetoclax journey
Save you checking back (my journey is documented in previous posts), relapsed 3-4Q16, signed up to CLARITY trial and started Ibrutinib on 14/3/17, added
Venetoclax
on 10/4/17, stopped both 8/6/18 as I had hit the targets set.

Hiccups?
My husband's SLL did not respond adequately to Ibrutinib and he is being transitioned to Obinutuzumab infusions for 6 months and starting
Venetoclax
orally in a month. He just finished his first 2 high dose infusions as inpatient at the VA. He now has horrible hiccups.

Ibutrinib plus venetoclax?
And give again imbruvica and 100 mg of
venetoclax
. The doctor said today that when they put off imbruvica with this low dose of
venetoclax
sometimes the cll progression is rapidly. As I said, they put again imbruvica and rump up 100 mg of
venetoclax
. And will put all the labels ok.

Plummeting leukocytes
Greetings from Paris, I've been on
Venetoclax
for a year and a half just 2 pills half the usual dose) and I've been feeling great if a little tired, but there again I've just turned 70 and expect to remain as hyperactive as I've always been.

Would anyone know if it is a common practice to add more time to a 2 year clinical trial ?
My Ibrutrinib/
Venetoclax
trial was supposed to end in November I’m not complaining I am just a bit disappointed as once I had a mandatory 2 or 3 week I/V vacation...

Unmutated patients on venetoclax?
As an unmutated patient who decided to go with
venetoclax
over acalabrutinib I wonder about the unmutated factor. Don't unmutated patients do equally well on the BTK inhibitors?

How long does take Venetoclax to become the lymph nodes to normal size?
Can you tell me please your node reduction experiences, and the time, using
venetoclax
monotherapy? At the start of the
venetoclax
treatment the doctors said that may be the could add Rituximab. Thank you so much ♥️

Venetoclax Question
I have been on a trial with
Venetoclax
and was taken off 3 times due to low Neut.#. Each time the numbers recovered quickly. This time I have been off about a month and the first 2 tests were moving in the right direction with Neut# at 1.08 and about 2.4. But the test this morning was at 0.98.

In afib again
On
venetoclax
.. will be finished with that in September. Not sure about my quality of life anymore. Feel like my life is cut short by this disease and not sure if I should do another ablation. Any advice?

How effective is venetoclax for 17p tp53?
My questions are: How effective is the monotherapy with
venetoclax
for 17p to53? And if it’s better to add Rituximab? He could be on remission a long time? Does the neutropenia dessapear? When he recover all of the energy? He feel a tired.

Venetoclax 17p patient
Just a question, I read an article of a profesionals about
Venetoclax
responses, and it says that for young patients with 17p with cll than relapsed to ibutrinib with a progression of the diasease, Ventoclax don’t responde well and you need a stem narrow transplant as theraphy.
