Hi all,I've been taking 1,sometimes 2 laxido sachets daily for the past 3 months and this has helped. My gastroenteritis has suggested swapping for prucalopride 1mg but this gives me all day stomach ache.My question is,is laxido safe to use daily long term?

declining & blurred sight in one eye
I have glaucoma in my left eye which used to be my dominant eye. The right eye is so far fine although very short-sighted. Sight in left eye is 6/120 and 6/12 in right and I have (again) managed to pass DVLA test. However I do struggle with TV, reading supermarket signs, etc because of the blurred vision

Weight loss and Ketogenic diets
Hi Team,I'm curious about people experience with Ketogentic diets? I've let medication settle for four months now, and can see that much needed weight loss will be a grind . š I have read about Ketogentic diets and was generally sceptical about dietary restriction. First line information often states

at last saw a cardiologist today and after some consultation and noting the results of the echocardiogram and cat scan, she explained that the aortic stenosis is moderate to severe and wants to clarify it more clearly, also have an aneurysm measuring 4.8, usually operated on at 5.5. Plus for good measure

Vagus Nerve Stimulation for RLS
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/37846650/ An interesting study on Vagus Nerve Stumulation on 15 drug resistant RLS patients showed significant improvements in quality of life scale and that 2 of the 15 reduced their IRLSS below 5. The study doesn't say what meds the patients were taking. Sadly, they

Ginseng and daytime brain fog (aka sleepiness) for those on Lupron + Abi + Prednisone
For some months getting gradually worse I've been having intense sleepiness when sitting and trying to read, watch TV, etc. What is the community's experience with Korean Panax Ginseng? It is working well for me today (the first day I started taking it.) Thanks

Cataract after Preserflo treatment
I'm 4 months after glaucoma surgery / preseflo, I still have blurred vision - today I was diagnosed with a cataract on the operated eye and also retinal swelling. Does anyone have experience with such a case - how to treat it (cataract surgery will help). I will be glad for the reactions - experience

Vertigo or dizziness?
Just reducing from 6.5mg Pred to 6mg. All seems well but yesterday evening, as I was sitting and reading a book, I started to feel 'out of it' so to speak. A bit dizzy and as though I needed to take a large breath as I had forgotten to breathe. This morning I felt dizzy when I got up in that I wanted

Turmeric
I have been amazed at the effect taking turmeric has had on the amount of pain I experience in my hands and how quickly this has happened. (Yes, I know about the placebo effect!) I would recommend anyone to try it (providing they check with their haems/doctors first). I take 2 capsules of turmeric extract

Struggling to bring down blood sugars
Hi Friends, As some of you know I've been on a journey and taking T3 was the real game changer. I am under the care of a fantastic private Endo. I've included my thyroid and sugar results in this post. My insulin is elevated indicating insulin resistance. All tests are done fasting and no meds

b12 purchase
Hi I was treated by GP for low B12 for a year but once my levels were midway on ānormal rangeā the injections were discontinued and I struggle to find ways to boost my intake orally. I have just purchased Hydroxocobalamin online but am unsure if the dosage is similar to that I was previously prescribed
