Ouch that hurt 🤕
Involved in RTC on Friday, luckily just Bruised Ribs and abdomen.I have spondylitis, damaged discs lumber to sacral, and am awaiting a new hip, which is playing havoc with my TKR, so the added pain really wasn't needed. Hopefully this app will help me get motivated.

Help with results please 🙏
Hi, been Hashimotos/hypothyroid about 10 years. Was always on 225mg. Since perimenopause they've dropped me to 150 which I was reluctant but had to do. Stayed like this for 3 years but new Dr, new results - she wants to drop me again. Trying to balance HRT to help all pain and symptoms. Scared of how

Latest GP appointment
I had a facevto face appointment with a GP on Monday. This was a new GP so thought I stood a chance if levo increase . No the case, I asked nicely, I quoted a few things, I asked for a trail on a increase, she wouldn't budge, she quoted that to have to much levo could make me unwell and they have to

Advice Needed Please
Hi. I’m hoping for some advice. I have an appointment next week to discuss starting on Prostap or Zolodex. I’ve been told I’d have to start HRT alongside it and I’m wondering what experiences people have have with this treatment. I can’t seem to make up my mind and the stress of worrying about it all

Breast lump
I am post menopause and have been taking HRT for 20years due to severe hot flushes! 6 months ago I felt a pea sized lump behind my nipple didn't worry too much then the lump started to get bigger. Went to GP who fast tracked me to Breast clinic with suspected Cancerous lump. I had my appointment yesterday

4 years post menopause, menstruation started again, any ideas why?
I’m asking for someone not on this forum. She is 52, went through menopause 4 years ago relatively easily. Now out of the blue it seems menstruation has started again, the full Monty, sore bosoms, cramps and bleeding. The bleeding she says is worse than even post natal, very heavy and she’s left feeling

HRT, low white blood cell count & NDT
I have been having appointments with my GP to try and get an HRT prescription. She wanted a blood test doing first - I have been taking NDT for about 8 years (doing really well on it) and basically my GP didn't understand it, stopped calling me in for blood tests and I haven't been for years. Peri fatigue and HRT
Hi, I’m new to this forum but a regular on RA forum which I find so helpful, I’m 46 and so presumed in peri-menopause, still have periods, bit erratically. I also have RA diagnosed 18 months ago. Which is now relatively well controlled on biologic. My GP had prescribed combined HRT as my RA does

Restless legs and peri menopause
Hi allNew to the group! I'm having a really bad time with insomnia because of RLS. I had it under control when I started on HRT. The times I've had RLS have been puberty and pregnancy. So does seem to be related to hormonal changes. I'm on highest does of HRT but seems it's not working anymore as RLS

Fine tuning dose.
Hi all, I've been feeling a bit 'meh' recently and after a recent blood test I'm wondering if I'm slightly overmedicated. Could also be HRT needs to settle. I can't decide so thought I'd ask the hive mind. :) 4th Nov - started HRT; 200mcg progesterone & 50mcg oestrogen. 26th Feb: 200

Too old for HRT?
Hi everyone, I’m 66 and just started HRT. I’m on Lenzetto spray and Utrogestan. I keep worrying that I’m too old to be on HRT. Are there any other ladies out there who have just started at my age and if so, has it helped?

T3/T4 HRT Meds before surgery?
Hello lovely people, i hope everyone is managing to catch up on the long overdue sun ;) Sadly, my gynaecologist has found an ovarian tumour which needs to be removed and biopsied. Recovery from this will take between 6-8 weeks. I am in really good health otherwise but do take 150mg Levo and 45mg Liothyronine

Si Joint/back pain
Hi I have a history of back pain and endometriosis. I recently turned 50 and leading up to my period my si joint pain has suddenly got worse and it all goes into spasms and I literally can't do a lot. It's not great the rest of the month either. I had linked it to the menopause or back issues but

GP Coming - what to ask
having my annual review tomorrow and GP is coming to see me. Looking at all my past results I wonder, with them being up and down constantly, whether I am one of those whereby Levo no longer works for me and might be keeping me ill. Diagnosed back in 2005 and it's too far back to remember how I was

Would be grateful for your thoughts on my blood results before endo apt please, still feeling exhausted and weak. Thank you
Hello, I’ve had an underactive thyroid for 8 years after having my first child, looks like Hashimotos. Currently taking 100mcg levothyroxine and 15mcg liothyronine (10mcg on waking and 5 around 3pm). Also on HRT patches as am mid 40s and perimenopausal. I’m gluten free, have had SIBO in the past.
