In remission for CLL and COVID antibody test came back NEGATIVE
I have been told I am in remission for Chronic Lymphatic Leukemia (CLL). That's the good news. Recently I read on a CLL forum I'm on that many CLL patients, because of their weakened immune system, may not be totally protected for COVID after receiving the COVID vaccinations. I decided to ask my Internist

Today's powerwalk
We are moving at a rate of knots where the
vaccination
programme is concerned, my jab is this Saturday. I walked in to the city centre today and of course took the country route. The bottom middle photo is a tree on the edge of woods in full blossom, I could smell it as I walked by.

I’m nervous too!
Although everyone has to face the reality we’re all forced to live in now, there are things that may be genuine causes for concern for us here. I don’t know to what extent FND has affected many of your lives but it has been a traumatic 12 years for me and I became disabled & unable to work almost immediately

I thought my GP would recommend early

but they say there is no link, and I have to wait for my age group. Has anyone else any experience to share? Thank you

Effectiveness of two jabs for immune suppressed patients

DIRE WARNING
I got my 1st COVID vax in Jan. 2021, and my 2nd in Feb. 2021. But since I've been reading a lot lately about the efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines with folks who have CLL, I knew I had to find out if the shots worked with me. So, when I had my regular family-doctor check up earlier this week, I asked him

AZ vaccine side-effects - should I have it?
Take it or leave it, he didn't know when he would next be doing a
vaccination
clinic. Although this was unhoped for here in France, where it's impossible to even get onto a list for the Pfizer – or any other – vaccine, I chickened out after spending many hours on this forum!

Americans as young 12 could get the Covid-19 vaccine this week.
Pediatricians and pharmacies across the US are ready to administer Covid-19 vaccines for 12 to 15-year-olds, a development the US Food and Drug Administration predicts could begin as soon as Thursday. In what President Joe Biden called a "promising development," the FDA expanded the emergency use authorization

Ectopic beats and corona/vaccine
I'd just like to seek your experiences surrounding covid and post
vaccination
. I had OHS October 2018 and although 'mechanically fixed' still couldn't shake off the irregular heart beats. I ended up in hospital for several days from Christmas Eve following an unexpected episode of AF.
