This one's gonna be a long one..! - LPR: A chronic, troublesome puzzle
- Medications such as Setraline, Diazapen, Lansorprazole, Omeprazole (both PPIs at double dose), Ranitidine, Gaviscon Advance, normal Gaviscon,
Tums
and others I can't remember. Only Gaviscon Advance has any effect, and it's very little but it also makes me more bloated.

Why do I have discomfort sleeping on either side?
I believe some of problem is acid reflux as
Tums
and Pepto help. I also feel bloated at times and can't sleep on either side due to discomfort. I will also gotten shaky a couple of times like I'm really cold. Any ideas?

Does anyone know anything about the prospects for Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) as an effective treatment for PD?
In the US it is only approved to treat depression, but in Canada it is used for PD. I spoke t an org that offers the treatment in Florida, but it very expensive and lengthy.

Psychogenic movement disorder . Have you heard of this?
What is Psychogenic Movement? Psychogenic movement is an unwanted muscle movement such as a spasm or tremor that is caused by an underlying psychological condition. Psychogenic movement can involve any part of the body and resemble the same muscle movements that occur with a biological condition

Great finds!
Simply brilliant for uncomfortable post-op
tums
and they actually LOOK good! Spray mineral waters -- Evian and others are amazing for spraying away the surgical menopause hot flushes (ok it's about 85 quid a litre if you were drinking it but you aren't!)

How did I end up doing this?
Now I am not averse to physical exercise - being a regular gym goer (softer classes such as pilates/body balance and Legs Bums and
Tums
) But running - never entered my mind until last weekend, something switched on in my head and I said to my friend 'whats the best way to get started?'

Omg I did it!
Friday should have been run2 but I pulled a muscle at legs, bums and
tums
on Thursday so today was the day. And I did it! It was hard and I didn't think I would but with 5 minutes to go I thought I would deal with 1 minute at a time and before I knew it I'd finished.
